Theo and Dane held my hands while Xavier walked ahead of us, curving down the last wind of the mountain path that led to the mountain side lake.
The sun was starting to set, casing and orange and golden glow across the area that was filled with about two hundred clan members.
I paled at the sight of them.
Theo squeezed my hand.
Just remember what we went over. He soothed.
I squeezed his hand back. Polite, don't fight.
He stifled a laugh as three couples stepped towards us as we entered the clearing.
"Boys!" A raven haired woman with warm olive skin smiled, her bright green eyes the same as Dane's.
She wrapped her arms around each of them, noticing Dane and Theo holding me.
"Is this her?" She smiled excitedly.
She swatted their hands away, both of them scowling at her but releasing me.
"I'm Thena, Dane's mum." She grabbed my hands, squeezing them gently.
I smiled at her, bowing my head. "It's an honour to meet you, Luna Thena. I'm Rose."
She giggled, a sound of wonder and delight, she pulled me around Xavier who was talking to a short blonde woman and a taller brunette.
They both looked at me as Thena pulled me into view.
The blonde had the same crystal blue eyes as Theo and the brunette was a short, female version of Xavier.
"This is Rose." Thena smiled at them, smiles brightening their faces in realisation. "This is Paige and Marilyn."
I was swarmed by them, Paige, Xavier's mum, grabbing my chin to raise my head and saw the mark on my shoulder from Dane.
Marilyn seemed to be rebraiding my hair from what Theo had done.
"Who's one is this?" Paige giggled, poking my mark.
I blushed. "Uh-"
"It's mine," Dane smiled.
Don't be scared. They already love you.
I smiled at them as they did me.
"Have you marked her?" Paige raised a scolding brow at Xavier.
Xavier chuckled, smiling cheekily. "Mine and Theo's are hidden."
I blushed but the Triad Luna's laughed, taking a moment to look over what skin was exposed of my dark green summer dress with an strappy low back, only to laugh again.
Theo handed his mum the wrapped Mac and cheese I'd made with Xavier and held out his wrist next to Dane's, Xavier pulling his collar down enough to show their marks.
"She made sure her claim was visible." Dane smirked.
My chest coloured and I could feel my freckles start to steam off my face.
Marilyn laughed, patting my hand. "Atta girl!" She smiled.
I gave her a shy smile. "Thank you?" I perked up, turning to Xavier.
He looked down at me, a smile pulling his lips. "Yes, Tiny?" Paige slapped his chest, scowling at him.
I giggled. "You grabbed the gifts from the counter, right?" My eyes flicked to his empty hands.
He scratched the back of his neck, giving me a guilty smile. "I'll go grab them now."
I rolled my eyes, but leaned up to steal a kiss, having to tug his shirt slightly when he decided to be cheeky, before he dashed off and I was pulled towards the currently Triad leaders.
They were splitting images of their sons.
All of them smiled down at me as Theo and Dane flanked me, their hands around my waist.
I bowed. "It's a pleasure Triad, I'm Rose, your son's mate."
The one in the centre, Dane's father, Henry, raise a teasing brow, his eyes looking between Dane and Theo.
"Which one?" He chuckled.
I blushed. "All three of them."
Xavier's father, Zane, laughed, grabbing his stomach and doubling over as Theo's father, Kent, widened his eyes in surprise for a moment, looking to his son.
I felt Xavier join us, slowing from a jog and lowering the large bag over me to take.
I smiled and stepped forward with it.
"As your new daughter-in-law, I had the guys and Lisa help me select these. I hope they're okay." I pulled out the three marked labelled of bourbon, Hounds Tooth.
Their mates stepped beside them, curious.
Thena took the bottle from Henry, turning it over for a moment with confusion on her face.
"What brand is this?"
Henry took it back, almost possessively. "One of the best local brands." He met my eyes, his emeralds not at bright as Dane's, but they were just as kind. "Thank you, Rose, this is a very thoughtful gift."
I smiled, bowing my head. "Dane mentioned it to be something you drank during times of great happiness." I met his eyes and my smile widened as I looked across at Kent and Zane. "Your son's make me incredibly happy."
They all smiled at me.
Paige smiled at me, seeing the bag still half full.
I giggled and pulled out the rosé faerie I'd found. "I'm not sure if you've had this, but Lisa mentioned you drink faerie during your Book Club meetings."
Marilyn took the bottle before I could hand it over.
"Where did you find this?" She squealed with delight.
I handed Paige and Thena the other two bottles. "A little liquor store Xavier and I found near the Pack house." I smiled. "They had a few variations so I got rosé, a Moscato and a champagne style."
Paige giggled. "Ooh! This will be great to read Phantom of the Opera with!"
I tried very hard, but my ears unleashed in excitement.
The Triad and their wives jolted in surprise before they burst into laughter and admiration.
Paige and Marilyn asked to touch them and Thena noticed I had a tail, only when Xavier had slipped it from my dress.
"No wonder you're so small!" Thena giggled.
My ear twitched when Paige gave it a gentle scratch.
"You're so beautiful! You should have your ears out all the time, Rosie!" She smiled. Theo nudged me and I rolled my eyes at him, smirking.
"She is very adorable!" Kent awed, making me blush and my ears pressed down.
Henry chuckled. "They're much cuter up."
Dane nudged me in a told-you-so way.
I nudged him back, my mouth twisting to fight a smile.
They pulled me to the table set up around a bonfire and clans started to introduce themselves and greet the Triad.
I sat on Xavier's lap, Dane and Theo on either side of me as we chatted with their parents, Marilyn already popping one of the faerie bottles and pouring four glasses.
She handed one to me and I blinked in surprise.
"If you're joining Book Club, you'll need to get use to the buzz." She winked.
My ears twitched and they all chuckled.
"You'd allow me to join your Book Club?" I asked, Xavier squeezing me sweetly.
The mother's smiled at me, sitting shoulder to shoulder beside Dane.
"Theo says you're reader of classics."
I smiled and nodded. "I love them."
Thena pulled out a bag from under the table.
"Oh good, then Dane won't yell at me." She pushed the bag across the table to me.
I rose a brow and leaned forward, seeing it was hard covered versions of my books.
My breath trembled and tears threatened as I pulled out the volumes and some continuations I didn't own or hadn't read.
I met their eyes. "Thank you. This means alot to me, truly." My voice came out a broke whisper at the end.
They all gave me sweet smiles.
Dane rose a brow. "How'd you even know?" He looked at Thena who looked away, sipping her glass.
Marilyn smiled brightly and pulled a slip of paper from her dress pocket.
"Maybe don't leave your mates request lists around for us to steal."
Dane snatched it, scowling at her as he tried to hide it in his coat pocket.
I moved quicker and stole it, dashing under the table.
Kent and Henry yelled in surprise as I popped up between them.
"Holy shit." Kent laughed, looking at Theo.
Theo shrugged. "Foxen are quick."
Dane circled the table and I giggled, ducking out of his reach and spinning around his back before shooting for Xavier again.
I managed to read the paper in that time, stopping as my heart melted.
List of Rosie.
Classic books - including extentions and continuations Dracula, Brothers Grimm, Frankenstein, Alice series.
Glass case for her originals.
Cooking books - Bug Xav.
Fairytales and romance novels - ask Mums - maybe Theo.
Expand for sunroom for Rosie and kids.
He took the list from me, staring down at me and smirking.
I grinned, knowing I was in for it later. "You forgot expand cupboard for snacks." He laughed, wrapping his arms around my waist and nuzzled my neck, lifting me and swung me as he to took me back to Xavier, who gave me a subtle spank.
We left the parents to mingle, Xavier picking me up to dance with me and make me giggle as we spun around, his booming laughter echoing.
A round of squealing drew our attention and four children ran, swarming us.
Theo and Dane chuckled, Theo leaning down to pick up two girls while Dane tickled an older one around me with a toddler boy behind her trying to keep up.
Theo held two small blonde girls who were identical and adorable, with care and have them sweet nuzzles they giggled at.
"Cassie, Betty, this our my mate Rose." He smiled.
Betty tilted her head. "Ours?"
Dane chuckled, tapping her nose. "Yes, Theo, Xavier and I share her."
Betty's eyes widened. "I bet your bed is huge!"
I laughed, nodding as Dane rolled his eyes smiling.
Cassie, her hair slightly darker but I don't think I'd notice if not for Annies vision, reached out for my ears as Xavier placed me down.
She hesitated when I wiggled them.
Her bright blue eyes widened. "You're mate is a Fox girl!" She looked at Theo.
He smiled at her. "She's a Foxen."
Cassie looked at me again, her head tilting. "Can your ears go away?"
I relaxed and her face fell.
"Oh, you're not as pretty without them."
Theo jostled her on his hip. "That's not nice!"
I laughed, waving him off. "Annie's ears are very pretty." I let them show again and Cassie smiled.
"Is Annie your Foxen?" The small brunette at my hip asked.
Dane chuckled. "This is my little sister Stacey."
She smiled at me.
I smiled back. "Yes, Annie is my Shifters name."
She nodded then noticed my tail as it slipped from a slit designed in the back of the dress. "That's kinda cool."
I smiled, swishing it into her arm to make her giggle.
Cassie and Betty played with my ears, making me tilt my head down to stare into emerald green eyes of a small boy.
"Hello, sweetie." I smiled at him, his mouth was open in a bit of confusion before he reached up for me and gargled smiling.
I picked him up instantly, my heart melting at his sweet face and his strong hold around my neck.
Dane chuckled. "This is Kaiden."
The small boy leaned back, hearing Dane and smiled at him, waving a hand at him.
Dane smiled, grabbing Kaiden's small hand and wiggling it. "This is Rose." He cooed.
I giggled, Kaiden looking at me for a moment before he fell over my shoulder hugging me.
"Roz." He tried, crushing my heart and I wanted to cry.
Xavier laughed. "Okay, I think that's enough kids for her."
I turned away, holding Kaiden. "Go away, I'll give him back when I'm ready."
My mates laughed at me, following me at I walked back to the table, getting smiled at by Thena and Henry.
We chatted, drank and laughed as the night wore on, the full moon high in the air.
Kaiden didn't release me until he was fast asleep and Thena took him with Stacey being carried by Henry, giving us a hug as they left for the night.
Kent and Marilyn joined them with the twins, both the girls demanding to see Annie's ears again before they left.
I laughed and happily obliged, letting them scratch them and twitched them until they giggled.
Zane and Paige shooed us off, being swarmed by clans and friends as we headed for the other side of the lake.
Theo took me through the crowd, seeing the brothers of his clan in a corner with the others our age.
I smiled seeing Lisa on Tobie's lap.
She waved and lunged drunkenly off him for me.
"There you are!" She smiled, I giggled as she hugged me with a tight squeeze and let her drag me to the log between Finn and Tobie.
"Evening, boys." I smiled that the brothers, earning a smile back.
"How'd the parent meet go?" Tobie smiled, his dark chocolate eyes almost the same colour as his skin.
"Good, I was invited to Book Club." I said proudly.
All of the looks they gave me told me I was lame for finding it exciting.
I stuck my tongue at them. "Go back to your drinking, you heathens." They laughed and I was pulled onto the ground into Dane's lap, surrounded by Xavier and Theo.
I giggled, nuzzling into Dane as they all started to talk.
I tried to interact, but found myself falling asleep on Dane's shoulder, surrounded by his warmth and the occasional soft kiss he left on my skin.
I woke up to Theo giving me a bath, holding me sweetly while he kissed my temple.
"I'm sorry," I yawned, stretching my arms up and then resting them around his neck.
"Don't be." He chuckled, nuzzling my neck. "We wore you out today, I'm surprised you lasted as long as you did." I rose my head, seeing Dane and Xavier already in bed, a gap between them waiting for me.
Theo helped me out of the bath.
"Are you patrolling tonight?" I asked softly as he dried me, slipping his shirt over my head.
He stroked my cheek. "I'll be right outside."
I touched his wrist. "I'm still going to worry, you know? Even if you were immortal."
He gave me a tight smile, his thumb stroking me cheek and he gave me a soft kiss. "I know, sweetie. But we're going to worry if one of us isn't doing this, for you."
His eyes shone with possession and protection and I kissed him again, pulling him against me for a moment.
"I love you, Theo."
He nuzzled my nose. "I love you, Rose." He turned me and pushed me toward the bed. "Dream of me."
I crawled onto the bed, swaying my hips at him and gave him a look over my shoulder.
"Like I wasn't already."
He smirked, giving me a wink as I slid in between Xavier and Dane, Xavier turning when he felt me and wrapping his arms around me to pull me against him as Theo slipped out.
"Hey, sleepy head." Xavier said roughly in my ear.
I giggled, settling into his hold. "Hi."
Dane rolled, finding my lips in his sleep.
"Shh, too much noise." He grumbled against me.
I laughed, being silenced again by Dane's lips.
"I submit." I giggled after a few moments.
Dane biting my neck and Xavier had his hand between my thighs.
"Too late for that." Dane said huskily, pushing me flat on the bed. "Now you're getting fucked unconcious."
I bit my lip at him, whimpering and letting my legs fall open as Xavier's hand moved, a finger sliding into me.
"But you're not getting our cocks." Xavier smirked.
I gave a sad whine that turned into a gasp of pleasure as he pushed two more fingers into me.
"We want to watch our mate squirt for us." Dane chuckled, gripping hair and pulling the shirt up to my mouth. "Bite down, Roseanne."
I took the fabric bundle into my teeth, using it to dampen my cries of pleasure as Dane and Xavier took turns making me cum for them.
Eating me out, fingering and Theo brought them a vibrating toy to use on me at some point I wasn't even aware of.
They made me squirt each time, growling in satisfaction as I cried out against the fabric in my mouth and watched their enjoyment as they played with me.
I fell back after the seventh orgasm, Xavier using his fingers and Dane using the toy on my clit until I was begging them to stop.
I panted, unconsciousness threatening to take me.
Xavier chuckled in my ear, kissing my jaw.
"Still submit?" He asked, Dane hovered over me, raising a brow in waiting.
I nodded, whimpering and panting. "I-I can't take any more."
They smiled, then fucked me until I passed out from the feeling of Xavier filling my throat and Dane filling my womb.
They kissed me through my panting and tucked me between them, holding me close as we fell asleep.
Theo slipped in just before I could fully succumb and gave me a passionate kiss, pulling me from the bed to fuck me against the end of it, waking Dane and Xavier to watch me.
I finally got to sleep, thankful I was allowed to sleep in.
I was so exhausted.
Annie, for the first time since she arose, was satisfied and sleepy as hell.
I snuggled into Dane's chest, pressing my hips against Xavier and hummed happily when I felt Theo finally join us in the morning.
Then I truly found sleep.
