SYNOPSIS ♡ Arden is nervous to tell their best friends that they are non-binary, but are confronted by the two after noticing his change in behavior.

SOMETHING WAS WRONG and it was not unnoticed by Prapai and Sky—the two found themselves worried about their friend. Arden was acting strangely the past couple weeks, and it was becoming concerning. They were stressed over their best friend and wished to help Arden with whatever was going on, but it was hard when their friend's behavior had changed from warm and loving to distant all of a sudden. Did anything happen? Sky had resorted to overthinking and Prapai tried to be the voice of reason, but deep down he'd felt the same way as his boyfriend.

It had gotten to the point where they had no other option but to confront the normally calm person. Their concern seemed to take over since their black haired best friend was obviously anxious about something for quite a while—weeks on end. It'd come to a head when they last met up at the street race for the month. The couple briefly mentioned the behavioral changes but was ignored by their friend, who changed the subject.

They got away with it since Prapai left the two as he was up next to race. The last race was a week ago and neither Sky nor Prapai had spoken to Arden, nor had they seen him in person. It was radio silence, at least until the couple decided enough was enough.

Prapai had texted Arden and told them to meet them at Sky's apartment, which they'd hesitantly agreed on. However, they couldn't refuse when the oldest of the three became adamant about them coming over. They had hoped that their friends would not mention the topic but was certain that they would. It was time for them to be honest though. Too long passed by since he began overthinking what's on his mind and it was overwhelming.

Their anxiety was quite a handful and the black haired person was tired of feeling this constant stress. Prapai and Sky would sure as heck support them and they were sure of that, but it was still scary. Coming out was such a difficult thing, especially since those two were the first people that Arden would ever come out to. Sure, they did talk about their sexuality and was almost immediately accepted by his friends, but the truth about their gender made them feel different than before.

Arden was conflicted about how to even explain that he was non-binary. It just felt so much more complicated to them, even when he knew that Prapai and Sky knew what the term was and would accept that. Still, there was a sense of panic that filled his chest as the last thing they wanted was to lose either of their best friends. It'd break their heart as both Prapai and Sky were two of his favorite people and really the only ones who seemed to care about them.
