the bus trip part 1(it was 13 hours long)

Almost everyone was seated. My best friend,me and mostly her friends were sitting at the back of the bus. I was sitting one row in front of them. Alone while Charlie was sitting behind me. She said she already planned everything with that one other girl that I didn't really talk to so I was okay with that as long as she would talk to me a bit.
They were talking and talking while I was just looking out the window at my parents who were already waving goodbye to me.
The bus couldn't start yet because some girl forgot her money at home so the teacher allowed her to contact her mother so she could bring the girl the money. Doesn't matter,I won't go into details.
After minutes of waiting the bus started driving and everyone was clapping and cheering. Probably because we had one week off of school.

he first few minutes everyone was talking excitingly and I was just sitting there with my headphones on listening to lil peep while staring out of the window because well..I was sitting alone.
After a short while Charlie showed me her phone and said something which I couldn't understand since I had my music on full volume. I paused my music and took my headphones off and asked:"what did you say?". She showed me a picture of me and her from last year during our relationship. The picture was made at her house in her bed with red light and a Spider-Man mask filter on both our faces. It was a night I would never ever forget."do you know who that is?",she asked with a smile on her face.i nodded and laughed while saying yes. She smiled and took her phone back and leaned back in her seat.
I chuckled quietly to myself and put my headphones back on and continued to listen to music.
After a bit I began to become tired and I tried to sleep by leaning my head back against my seat but every time I was leaning my head back and was about to fall asleep I felt how my mouth opened and I did not want to fall asleep with my mouth open so I decided to stay awake and watch some anime.
After 2 hours we stopped at a gas station even though we were supposed to have a pause after 1 hour but who cares,right?
So we stopped at the gas station and everyone got out of the bus to either go pee or buy food. Me and Charlie waited together in front of the bathroom for her other friends.
We just stood there and talked and as we talked our pinkys touched and I blushed a tiny bit and she probably also noticed that our pinkys touched because she intertwined them. I smiled at her and Held onto her pinky while probably blushing.
After her friends finished peeing we all went outside and talked with friends and the teachers.
Then as I had the chance to speak to Charlie alone I asked her:"hey um do you think you could sit next to me when we get back to the bus? Because I want to sleep but every time I try to my mouth falls open and that's kinda embarrassing". I chuckled and rubbed the back of my neck.

Pov Charlie(female,she/her)

I was a bit confused as they asked me to sit next to them but I accepted anyway since I wanted them to feel comfortable. "Yeah sure I can do that",I said and smiled at Aki.
"Oh by the way I have to tell you something",I said.
They looked at me and tilted their head a bit. Then they asked:"sure what's up?".
"So you know _____, right?",I asked and smiled a bit excitedly.
"Yeah?what's with her?",Aki asked clearly curious.
"So I'm like dating them. Well it's not really dating but like I told her I had a crush on her and she said that she needs time to think about that and now we're like texting with hearts and that stuff you know?",I said and smiled happily.
For a quick second I thought that they looked very shocked but then I saw something else in their eyes...maybe jealousy?
"Oh cool that's nice I'm happy for you!",they said and smiled brightly.
I nodded and smiled happily.
After a few more minutes of chatting with the teachers and our friends we all went back to the bus.
I sat down next to Aki and he smiled happily.
I continued to talk to my friends but then Aki laid his head on my shoulder and laid the back of his hand between the small gap between our thighs. We had this kind of situation once when we just got freshly together. That time we sat next to each other in a bus and both of us laid our hands the way so the other one could grab it but both of us were too shy back then.
I smiled slightly and then laid my hand in his.
I felt his hand wrap around mine even though his hands were smaller then mine.
They fell asleep and then slept for a good three hours.

Pov Aki(they/he)

I slowly opened my eyes and then sat up straight again. I took my hand out of hers to rub my eyes.
She looked at me and smiled. Oh that beautiful smile..
"Did you sleep well?",she asked in such a gentle tone.
I nodded and looked at her with a smile that probably looked like it belonged to the biggest idiot on this whole planet.
The drive went on and on. We watched a series together(arcane on netflix,check it out) and held hands.
After a few more hours we arrived at the waiting area of the Ferries.
The bus stood there and waited and waited but the ferry was too full and that's why we had to wait longer. The bad thing was that it was super hot the good thing was we got a coupon for a meal and a drink.
But because it was so hot I took off my jacket and sat there in just pants and a sports bra. The original reason I took off my jacket was because the curtains wouldn't close all the way but I was able to hang my Jacket on a holder thingy idk. And I then told Charlie:"to be honest it's nice like this but I feel really uncomfortable".
She looked at me and said:"I can give you my jacket if you want".
I smiled but hesitated but in the end I nodded and took the Jacket.it smelled like her...and it was so comfortable.
"Thanks",I said and smiled as if my heart wasn't about to explode because of joy.

Btw I'm very sorry if I wrote some things wrong, English is not my nativ language but I just like speaking English and writing English even though I'm not that good at it so feel free to correct me if you find any mistakes!:3
