"Hey guys!" John said rushing in
"What John" Branch said
"Guess what tomorrow is" John said
"I don't know but you're probably gonna tell us" Clay said
"Or you could wait for Bruce and Floyd to get back" Branch said
"Wouldn't want them to miss out" Clay said
"Oh ya true" John said "Where did they even go?"
"The store" Clay said
"You don't remember you literally kept telling Bruce to get you soup" Branch said "Even though we aren't having it tonight"
"Oh right" John said "Maybe I better text him to remind him"
"Yep uh-hu you do that" Clay said
An Hour Later
Bruce and Floyd walked through the door and John rushed up to them
"Did you get my soup?" John asked
"No we forgot it" Bruce said
"What" John said
"No we got it" Floyd said
"How could we forget you reminded us every second we were gone" Bruce said
"Ok anyway do you guys know what day is tomorrow" John said
"Kick the Square Day" Clay said
"No" John said
"Smack the Square Day" Branch said
"Nope" John said
"No Soup Day" John said
"No that day doesn't exist" John said
"Uh Soup Day?" Floyd said
"Close" John said "It's the day that candidates get to sign up for mayor"
"Wait how was Soup Day close to that?" Bruce asked
"I don't know but you will never guess what I am planing on doing" John said
"Run for mayor" Branch said
"How did you know?" John asked
"Oh I was just joking" Branch said
"Wait-wait you can't run for mayor" Clay said
"Why?" Bruce asked
"Because I am running for mayor" Clay said "It has been my long lost dream"
"Since when?" Floyd asked
"Since I found out that John wanted to be mayor" Clay said
"Oh course" Floyd said
"Oh you're on" John said
"I'll win" Clay said
"I call dibs on helping Clay" Branch said jumping up
"I guess I'll help John" Bruce said
They looked at Floyd
"Nope I am not getting involved in this" Floyd said
"Aw why?" Clay said
"Because" Floyd said
"Fine" John said
The Next Day
"Alright I am all sighed up" Clay said
"Now how are you planning on winning?" Branch asked
