Chapter 16

"Girl what in the world has happened between you and Ahmed???" Miriam asked as she had dragged me in her room to talk about how suddenly Ahmed had become like this with me.
"Uhhh well i don't know..I just talked to him that's it..." I said.
"Really? You only talked to him?" She asked,I could see in her eyes she was suspicious of me.
"Mhm.." I nodded.
But a knock interrupted us,it was Ahmed and Ali,it's soo weird and exciting that now we both can say,our husbands.
Ahmed's eyes immediately met mine,and so did Ali's with Miriam's.
They walked inside the room and closed the door behind them,Ahmed stood beside me,while Miriam and Ali stood next to each other and looked at us,as if they we're trying to investigate us.
"What do you two want?" Ahmed asked.
"Bro what happened to you???" Ali asked as he put his hands on Ahmed's shoulders.
"Since when do you act normal?,what happened between you two??" Miriam added.
"Can we not have just patched things up? Plus why are you guys soo noisy about our personal relationships?" Ahmed said,I could tell he was getting annoyed and irritated by their curiosity.
While I just stood silently.
The both raised an eyebrow at Ahmed's sudden irritation.
"Uhm guys I think we should all just take a deep breath,and go downstairs,I'm sure mom is waiting for us" I said.
They all looked at me,but eventually Ali took Miriam downstairs,and when I went behind Miriam to go downstairs,Ahmed stopped me by grabbing my wrist.
I turned to him whilst he pulled me closer to him,I looked at him,as I could feel his arm moving to  wrap around my waist.
"A-Ahmed..." I said nervously.
He smirked at my nervous tone.
"We should go home" he said,his voice deeper,rougher,and seductive...
I blushed red at his tone and even more nervously answered.
"B-but the dawat isn't finished..." I said.
His smirk faded,a glint of disappointment in his eyes.
"Fine,but after dawat,we are heading straight home" he said.
Then he let me go slightly but he gripped my hand and brought me downstairs.

Tho I don't know if on the 12/06/2024 I'll be able to post a chapter.
