    Once inside the school, I wasn't all that impressed by how it looked. Y'know, everything else up until now has looked extremely good and insane when compared to the 2D image it was in the game, but the academys interior was just like in the game - boring and bland. Nothing special — just an interior that served its purpose of being functional not that much of a looker. If anything, at most the academys interior looked a lot like a regular inside of a school in what I suppose I can call now my 'previous life'. But you know what - I appreciated an environment that wasn't that outstanding and just ordinary. Not a lot of environments in this world are like that.

Moving through the hall, I kept catching people just throw their stares at me and whisper among themselves about me. Who would have known that the fake rumours of my origins would spread so fast? I guess I shouldn't underestimate my subordinates... They really are something impressive sometimes.

Among the whispers, I managed to hear some of the things that the other students said about me, all the while throwing their gazes at me;

'Have you seen that guy?'

'I heard that kids from a secret noble family.'

'Apparently the Dragon-born King vouched for him to get a scholarship at this academy.'

'A Scholarship? For a nobles son?'

These are a few examples of all the things I heard the other students whisper about among themselves, but trust me — there were many, many more things that they whispered about me. I played off the whole gossiping of the other students cool, pretending that I didn't notice them all whispering about and didn't know what they were discussing among themselves as to not draw any attention towards myself from them. Instead, I kept my gaze locked to the hall infront of me and kept moving forward, my bag over my left shoulder as I continued to move forward.

The first stop in this academy was the opening ceremony that was going to happen today. Yes, opening ceremony — it was called that instead of the 'welcoming ceremony' or something. I myself don't really understand why such a name for something that wasn't exactly an opening to anything.... But hey — it's not exactly my field to judge them. If they wanted to call it an opening ceremony, they could call it an opening ceremony - ultimately it didn't change anything about how the thing was going to go. The protagonist was still going to be called out to speak infront of the whole school as the student of Merlin and Gilgamesh, the Headmaster is still going to give her long and boring speech infront of the students and everything was going to be somewhat cool and calm for today. The crazy stuff for the most part only happens after the school year officially begins.

More specifically, a week after the opening ceremony is when things get wild, but I'm getting ahead of myself. Right now — off to the opening ceremony hall.

I moved through the hallway with a rather slow pace, staying silent as I did. I wasn't exactly in a rush to get to the ceremony hall, considering that the only reason I need to be there was so the persona of the small child I was going to play while at the school wouldn't be already in trouble on the first day for now showing up to school. As I moved through the hall, a sudden sound of commotion caught my attention, as I looked to what was happening further down the hall, stopping in my tracks in the process. Upon seeing the situation, I exhaled heavily.

'Oh right... This shit happens on the first day...'

Noble Brat: "Move it idiot!"

A male voice shouted, before the sound of a different, much younger male voice screamed a little. The scene happening further down the hall was one in which the protagonist gets involved upon arriving to the academy, as they stand up for a second year boy with short black hair being bullied by another second year male with rather long, black hair and glasses. In the context of the main story, this was supposed to be apparently Alis's first 'good deed' or some shit like that, which was meant as proof for her having a pure heart and thus being able to wield the Sacred Blade of Hope in order to fight the Demon King of Sins.
