(Joaos pov.)
y/n and I have just been inside our apartment because of the weather conditions. A hard rain storm is to be expected around 6pm and currently its 5. So in a about an hour.
"Hey joao do you hear that.." y/n said to me looking outside the window while she sits on the couch. I can hear the thunder rumble in the sky getting louder and louder as the wind is picking up its pace.
"yeah it sounds like its getting louder hopefully the storm isnt that bad." I say walking over to her putting my arm around her. "you okay? you sounded a little scared." i turn to look at her and she burys her head into my shoulder.
"a little bit, im just a bit sleepy. the way the dim light outside is its making me feel sleepy yk" her muffled voice said. I mean I honestly get it. I feel like that every time it rains.
"well..you should just take a nap right here while I go make dinner."I smile to her. "you can lay right here on the couch, Ill turn on shameless on netflix and ill go make some hmm idk.. what would you like honey?" i ask bringing her head with both of my hands cupping her face.
she thinks about what she wants and I watch her face as she concentrates on thinking. I just love this girl so much. Just look at her, shes perfect. Her face then lights up and says "chicken fettucine" she smile and kisses me sweetly. "then i shall make chicken fettucine for my lady" i say attacking her with kisses and then hugging her. "I love you y/n" i say still hugging her tightly. "i love you more joao" hugging me as tight. I let go and look at her smiling.
"Imma go make that food for you now and turn on that show and you go rest here while i cook okay?" i say standing up turning on the show then heading to the kitchen. She watches me setting everything up, "of course my love thank you" she says as she turns towards the tv and snuggling into a fluffy blanket.
(a couple mins later..)
Im mixing the noodles and the sauce together in the pan slowly and looked over to y/n sleeping soundly, but thats until another really loud thunder echoes outside causing y/n to jolt from the sudden loud noise. "holy shit.." she said with wide eyes and looking outside once again." now its really starting to pour outside" as she looks around the window. rain drops start appearing on it slowly starting to go faster.
she rubs her eyes, and looks towards me "is it done my love?" she smiles at me. "yeah its done now, ill bring our bowls and we can continue watching okay?" smiling back and getting 2 bowels putting the pasta in them. I finish doing that and walk over putting it on the table infront of her.
"thank you baby" she says kissing my cheek and starting to eat and continuing the show. I smile to myself thinking how lucky I am to have her here with me. She makes me so happy and I dont know what id do without her. I hope she never leaves me because ill never ever think about that.
