Possible Reasons For

                                     [1] Writing Environment

It could be that your not positioning yourself in the right positions that will motivate you to write. For me I can get restless when I choose to type siting on my bed or in a laid back positions. Having myself sat up or going somewhere where I know I can't fall restless or unmotivated, really helps.

Other cases, it may be that you find yourself situated in places that constantly grab your attention or forces you into switching motives. I suggest you find the time of day your most productive, test different spots out, & play sounds like brown noise or others than can help focus your mind.

                             [2] Dehydration/Lacking protein

Let's be honest, some may feel that this one is clique or at least the saying itself is. But it's true. Your school don't tell you make sure you eat a proper breakfast & get proper sleep before the test tomorrow, for nothing. I find myself un-concentrated when I don't eat, lack water in my system, or I'm not getting enough rest.

You body plays a part in your reaction timings, your everyday task, & the large amount of effort you can put towards something. Treat it well & stay healthy. If your someone who doesn't eat much, for the love of God grab a protein bar, a smoothie, a yogurt, do something cause I don't have the expense to attend your funeral.
