My silly TDOS au (I don't have a name for it yet)

⚫Chapter 1⚪

Dark...

All I can see...

Is darkness...

...

What's going on? Where am I?

...

Who am I?

Then, just as I was questioning myself...

I woke up.

(3rd person POV now cuz idk)

A confused soul woke up on a somewhat damp bed. They groggily sit up, somewhat blinded by the light shining in from a nearby window. They sit there for a bit, trying to grasp this situation they find themselves in.

As far as they know, they've simply woken up in a random house, in someone's bed, with no clue how they got there. Not to mention...

...they don't know who they are.

(❔ thinking): W...what's going on? Where the hell... I.....

(❔ thinking): Wait...Why can't I...What's my name again? I...I can't remember...

(❔ thinking): Why can't I remember my name?!

They become so confused, they begin to thrash around in the bed. Eventually, they fall right off the side, with a large thud. 

While on the floor, they finally get a glance at their appearance. 

Their entire body is a mix of black and white, split down the middle, albeit a bit blotchy. They were wearing a white t-shirt with a black hoodie, with oddly short sleeves. They wore a pair of rolled up, dark blue jeans, and some black tennis shoes. 

Upon closer examination, they saw that they also possessed some horns. A black one on their left and a white one on their right. It mirrored the colors on their hair, but matched their skin colors. They also had a plug tail...

What, a tail?!

(❔): I have a tail?! W-what even am I? 

(❔ think): I should know this, right?! Why don't I-

Suddenly, the door to the confused person's room opened up.

On the other side was a feminine looking person with dullish purple hair, holding a plate of eggs and bacon. They almost dropped it when they saw the confused person in a ball on the floor, but managed to stop themselves from doing so. Instead, they placed the plate on a dresser nearby, and went over to the confused person on their floor.

(🌸): Are you ok?!

(❔): Who are...What am I?! Where are we?! W-w-what's going on-

(🌸): Hey! It's gonna be ok, alright? Please, just calm down and I promise I can explain. Ok?

It took them a bit, but eventually, they finally calmed down enough for the purple-haired person to explain things to them. (I know the emoji is pink, its all I could find lol)

(🌸): Ok. Honestly I don't know much, but I can tell you how I found you. All I know is that last night, you were passed out on my porch. You seemed to be bugging out due to the rain, so I brought you inside so you wouldn't fry out there. By that logic, I'm assuming your some kind of machine, but that's all I know. Sorry.

Even though it wasn't all the answers they wanted, it at least cleared something up. That was enough for them to (almost) fully calm down. After that, the purple one got up and picked the plate up again, bringing it over to their new guest.

(🌸): I thought you'd be hungry, so I made you some breakfast. I'm not the best cook, but I hope it'll be enough for you.

Still a bit shaken up, they grabbed the plate from their new caretaker and began to eat their breakfast. Despite the flowers words, it the eggs quite nice. 

(❔): It-it's not that bad. You m-may be doubting your skills.

(🌸): Really? Thanks, I guess...

(🌸): ...You don't have to eat on the floor, you can come into the kitchen if you want.

Yea, they probably should do that. Even if it was carpeted, sitting on the floor was starting to get uncomfortable. They carefully stood up with the plate in their hand, and walked out the door to the kitchen.

ITS NOT EVEN JULY WTF? ARE PEOPLE IN MY TOWN THAT DAMN PATRIOTIC?! Its scaring my dog (¬_¬ )
