"hi i like your ears, it's pretty..like you." the boy shyly said to the girl who covered her face with her long fluffy ears.
" t-thank you. i like yours too. do you wanna be friends?" she got the courage and faced him. the boy nod his head and sat on the bunch with his fated mate.
" nobody wants to be friends with me because of my ears. they called me an ugly hybrid." the boy said while fiddling with his fingers. " really? but i like your ears, it's really cool. don't listen to them." she said. " i get bullied because of my ears too, but my mommy told me they're just jealous." she added.
the boy ears twitched and he watched the girl with his big sparkling doe eyes. the girl was so mesmerized by his eyes that she cupped his cheeks and gaze into them. " so pretty. looks like they hold thousands of galaxies." she giggled and swing her legs back and forth.
red hue appeared on the boy's cheeks and he voiced out a small, " thank you."
" what's your name? i'm seraphina." she happily introduced herself. " i'm jungkookie." he says with a bunny smile.
" i'll call you koo."
" i'll call you sera."
that's how those two fated mates came to be. they've been inseparable since that day at recess. they're very clingy with one another and let's say, a bit affectionate.
they'll cuddle, snuggle, and even shift into their bunny forms just so they could be close.
they would give each other kisses on the forehead, on the cheek, on the lips, and even on the neck—just their way of telling each other ' i love you.'
seraphina sat on the bleachers waiting for jungkook to finish his track practice. he has a race in a couple of days so he needs to rigorously practice and push through.
she secretly cheered him on and filmed him as well. once jungkook was done, he said goodbye to his friends and grab his belongings, making his way to his fated mate.
" i'd hug you but you're too sweaty." she cringed and backed away. jungkook smirked and opened his arms, seraphina panicked and ran down the bleachers, entering the track field. jungkook chased and tackled her and they both fell. " i missed u," he says and softly plant a kiss on her neck.
" i missed u more, koo." she kissed his neck as well and trace the two bunny tattoos behind his ear. " let's go home. i wanna cuddle, im tired." he sighs and stood up giving her his hand. seraphina intertwined their fingers and walk to the parking lot.
ever since they met in middle school, they've been inseparable however with the whole harassment, they had to hide who they were when they moved into college. both their parents were captured and used as experiments on their high school graduation so let's say, it wasn't a very memorable day for them.
to be safe, seraphina and jungkook found a way to hide their bunny ears from humans. whenever they're alone, they'll shift into their forms and just do whatever they want.
" you wanna grab some snacks for tonight, princess? i'll be making us dinner and i know you won't eat unless there's dessert." jungkook turned the wheel to the left and parked in front of costco.
seraphina giggled and nod her head, blushing at the fact that jungkook called her princess. it's not the first time though. " my good girl," jungkook kissed her cheek and stepped out of the car with seraphina doing the same.
jungkook grabbed the cart and interlaced his fingers with seraphina's as they entered the supermarket. "i'll go get the snacks, koo," she whispered, planting a kiss on his neck. "okay, baby," jungkook responded, gently nuzzling their noses together before she headed off to the snacks aisle.
as serephina searching for snacks, jungkook gathered the items they would need for dinner, while stealing glances in seraphina's direction, admiring her from afar.
his heart raced with warmth, each time he looked at her, his heart swelled with love, feeling like it was bursting with joy at the sight of his beloved mate.
his pupils dilated; they darkened slightly as he couldn't help but be drawn to her. his gaze was focused and intense as he watched her, taking in all the small details of her beauty.
as seraphina returned to jungkook with her arms full of snacks and two bunny onesies draped around her neck, he couldn't help but chuckle at her adorable demeanor.
taking the snacks from her, he carefully placed them in the cart, all the while keeping his gaze fixed on the fluffy fabrics that adorned her neck.
"what's that, my love?" he inquired, a teasing smile playing on his lips as he watched seraphina's eyes light up with excitement. " matching onesies for us!" she squealed with delight and eagerly displayed the matching onesies.
" too precious for me." jungkook leaned in to press a gentle kiss to seraphina's temple, causing her to giggle softly. " anything else, sweetheart?" his lips lingering on her skin. " no, koo. we're good."
they went to checkout the items and as they stood in line, jungkook pulled seraphina close, pressing a lingering kiss to her lips. seraphina blushed and kissed back, her fingers resting on his forearm.
their mini pda didn't go unnoticed by other shoppers, who couldn't help but smile at the sight of the loving couple.
