Chapter 51

AUTHOR P.O.V.

Y/n woke up, when she heard shuffling sound. She turned around and found Taehyung getting ready. She looked at the clock and it read 7 P.m. She was confused at first, but then remembered that he have to go out of his business trip. So, she sat on the bed, making him look at her.

"Oh I'm sorry If I woke you up." she shook her head and smiled at him.

"No no, you didn't, Can I help you in something??" she asked, making him smile at her. He went towards her and sat beside her.

"No honey, I don't want you working around. You should take are of yourself and the baby, when I'm not around, Hmm??"

"Yes." she said while smiling.

"Now go get a bath, you stink like a pig." he teased her by, covering him nose. Y/n glared at him and hit him on his head. She ignored him and went inside the bathroom, making him laugh at her. She's really cute, when he teases her.

After getting freshen up, Y/n came out of the closet being ready. She looked around and found that Taehyung was ready to leave with his luggage.

"You won't eat?"

"No I'm not hungry, Also I'll get late for my flight." he said, and walked towards her, he pecked on her head and then kissed her belly, before going out. Y/n pouted sadly, when he was gone. She would surely miss him a lot.

After sometimes, she came downstairs, careful with the stairs and saw everyone, on their seats, only Taehyung's seat was empty, which kind of made her sad. She silently went to her chair and sat on it. Mrs. Kim noticed her and cleared her throat. She still haven't forgotten, what she had encounter yesterday night. Mrs. Kim awkwardly shifted on her seat and thought of focusing on her food. Y/n after finishing her food, went upstairs to read some books.

She was lying on the couch and was reading a really sweet story, she was actually read the story, for her baby.

Suddenly she heard a knock on her door and stood up. She opened the door and Jennie, entered while squeaking happily.

"Y/n-ahhhh." she shouted like a teenager girl and hugged her.

"Unnie, you're really strong." she said, making her realize and break the hug.

"Aigo, I'm sorry, but hell I'm so happy that you're pregnant, Yay now two kids will be roaming in this house, and I'll have new playmates." she said, making her giggle. Jennie, also started laughing, soon Jisso also joined them. And they all entered inside.

Jisso and Y/n got comfortable on the bed, while Jennie rushed down, to get snacks, for themselves. Soon she came back with packets of snacks, making Y/n look at them with sparkly eyes.

The moment kept the packet on the bed, Y/n grabbed on and dug onto it.

"Aish, I can already see that, this baby is making you, damn hungry and hormonal." she said, while laughing. Jisso also laughed hearing her out. Y/n looked at them, with a red face, as her cheeks were now swollen, due to chips. She had literally stuffed her mouth with them. She blushed and chewed them slowly.

"So, when are you gonna, give us good news??" asked Jisso, from Jennie. Jennie rolled her eyes, while munching on her cookies.

"I don't think so, Yoongi is always busy with his first love." Y/n looked at her with wide eyes.

"First love??"

"Yeah his, office." answered Jennie, making her sigh in relief, as she had thought something else.

"Aish, just seduce him, or something like this." said Jisso, making Y/n's eyes widen hearing her. She never expected this from her, as she had always believed that Jisso, was a really innocent girl just like her, but seemed, like her husband had spoilt, her just like Taehyung did to her.

"And do you think, I never tried that. I've tried everything unnie. I even drugged him, but his tolerance, is so high. Instead of doing something naughty, with me, he fell on the bed and slept as if nothing mattered, to him." she said, making Jisso laugh. While Y/n was just listening to their conversation, while eating. She was staring at them, as if she was watching a show on T.V.

"Make him, needy, it might work."

"Hmm, I haven't tried this one. I'll do it, when he comes back from business trip." she said, and they both giggled, while Y/n innocently stared at them. They all spend their time, while laughing and talking about random, stuff.

And now it was dinner time. Jennie helped Jisso and Y/n both to walk down the stairs, safely. With that they all sat on their respective seats.

Lia served them, all and went back inside the kitchen. With that everyone, ate their food and went to their rooms. Y/n was preparing the bed, when she heard a knock on her door. She went to it and opened the door. She gasped when she found the person, who never had a talk with her. Its was Mr. Kim.

"Can I have a talk with you??"

"Yes, yes, why are you asking. Please come inside." Mr. Kim nodded his head and entered inside. The moment he went inside, his eyes, caught the picture of Taehyung and Y/n, together. For a moment he felt warmness, spread all over his body, seeing them all happy. He felt happy as well. Then his eyes went on the baby's picture and a small smile crept on his face, but then his eyes went on Y/n and he immediately composed, back his cold expression.

"All I wanted to talk with you, is I don't like you, and still haven't accepted as you my daughter in law and never will. You're not even on the list of my expectations." he said, with his cold, voice, making her look down, in sadness. Mr. Kim felt sad seeing her, but he doesn't know how to say sweet things. He have always been taught to be tough and cold, by his father and thus, doesn't show much of his emotions.

"But that doesn't mean, I do not care for you. Even if I didn't wanted you to, but now you're my daughter in law, and I want you to take care of yourself and the heir of Kim empire, that's growing in you. I want you and the baby both safe. I may not accept you, but the child in your womb, is my son's blood, whom I can never hate." he said, clearing his point, that even though he doesn't like her, but now she's a part of his family and thus want her and the baby both healthy, safe and sound.

"Do you get what I mean??" he asked, when he didn't got any answer from her. Y/n looked at him, with her innocent orb. She was still scared of him.

"Y-Yes Mr. Kim." Mr. Kim cleared his throat and nervously spoke.

"Y-you can call me, dad, if you want." he said, not trying to sound desperate, much. Y/n looked at him, with a smile on her face and nodded her head, being happy. She was sad that he doesn't like her, but felt happy when he said, that he still cares for her and would like her to call her dad. It showed that he was trying to change for good.

Mr. Kim felt himself, smiling seeing her cute baby face. She looked so cute, like Jennie when she was a kid. Mr. Kim never ever had hated Jennie, just because she was a girl, rather he was strict with her, only for her good will. He wanted her to be safe, after all she was his only daughter. Its just that he not very good with emotions, and thus never shows his affections.

He cleared his throat and went out. Y/n happily closed the door and smiled to herself. She cupped her belly.

"Did you heard it baby, You grandpa, doesn't hate you, rather he loves you a lot." she said, while smiling and lovingly cupped her belly. With that after getting her teeth brushed, she laid on the bed and slept, while hugging a bear, that had been gifted to her by Taehyung.

This stuffed, toy, reminds her of Taehyung. She smiled thinking about him and drifted to her dreamland.
