The contest will be judged by myself and two other amateur writers.

How long it takes to decide a winner will depend on the number of entrants, however we hope to have it completed by 12:00 GMT September 1st.

There will be 5 categories for prizes:

Creative prose category- how unique and original we think the story is.

Well-written prose category- how well the story is written.

Creative poetry category- how unique and original we think the poem is.

Well-written poetry category- how well the poem is written.

Overall category- our favourites overall

There will be a top 3 for each category (depends on number of participants)

Prizes:

All participants: A comment on your entry

All podium winners: A follow from myself and the other judges

2nd and 1st place winners: A shout-out on my YouTube channel (@itsghostking) and a vote and comment on your most recent story

1st place winners: A comment and vote on 5 of your stories. 1 story critique on your most recent story.

Overall winner: All of the above + vote on 10 of your stories.
