Wave is the leader of the well-known, Gifted vigilante group HALA.
But before he was Wave, he was just a kid named Hong Joong, trying to survive when no one was there to help him.

Wave
Name: Kim Hong Joong
Age: 17 (at this point in the story)
Powers: Controlling water
Hong Joong's powers developed when he was fifteen years old. His strength comes from any water source, whether it be moisture in the atmosphere or any standing body of water (no matter how big or small).
As of now, the only known limitation to his power is that he gets severely dehydrated if he uses his powers too much.

Blade
Name: Park Seong Hwa
Age: 18 (at this point in the story)
Powers: Metal manipulation
Seong Hwa's powers are more recently developed than Hong Joong's, and unlike the former, he doesn't have as many opportunities to hone his skills. Coming from a rich family, he rarely has the space, time, or privacy to practice, which is why he agrees to have the younger help him control and strengthen his powers.
As of now, the only known limitation to his powers is that he experiences body stiffness if he uses his powers too much.
