RAMI SAT WITH her parents in the car as they were being driven by their driver to parents night. rami and her mom fixed their makeup and her dad was on his phone. she wore a black chanel dress with a blue van cleef necklace and a
bracelet. her hair was nicely put back with a few hairs out to frame her face.

"rami, i heard something about you and chairman an's son?" her dad asked.

"oh, rian?" rami asked, "that's not anything. we're just doing something because rian is trying to get jaei back. nothing to worry about i promise." her mom and dad nodded. if something were bad to happen between the two, it could possibly effect the partnership between the families business and cho technology did not want that.

when her family arrived, her parents went off to talk to the other family while rami looked for rian. when she spotted him, he was in a blue suit watching his mom walking onto the escalator.

"your mom is here?" rami asked. his mom didn't show up to any events so rami was surprised to her his mom there. rian turned to rami, "yeah, i had to tell her i need my actual parents sometimes. she thinks giving me all these tutors, assistants, health specialists, and nutritionists are enough." he scoffed.

　"i'm sorry, rian. you shouldn't have to ask for your parents to be there for you." the girl responded.

rian sighed, "we should go in." he said motioning her to go onto the escalator first. as the two headed down the escalator, woojin watched the two. hera was beside him watching the boy stare, "must suck, huh?" hera asked.

"what?"

"it must suck not having something you want." hera said patting the boy on the back and started heading to the room when parents night was going to be held.

"now and in the future, jooshin will not only lead the way putting noblesse oblige into action but also help our students  grow into upstanding young leaders in both character and intellect." rian and rami stood in the front while his mom gave a speech to the parents. her speech was interrupted when jaei's father entered the room.

rami saw the chairman's face drop because of the interruption. her face turned back into a smile before continuing her speech, "all right then. i propose a toast. to jooshi and our children's future."

"cheers!" the room said in unison raising their glasses.

after his mom finished her speech, rian and rami headed over to the table where yeji, bada, woojin and hera were standing. while the rest of them were engrossed in a conversation, rian looked off to the side watching kang ha play the piano. rami nudged his shoulder, breaking the boy out of his stare. 

"what's wrong?" the girl asked.

"nothing." rian said returning back to the conversation.

a few seconds later, hera's dad came to the table where the teens stood to pull aside his daughter to speak with her. hera sighed, excusing herself from the table and followed her dad outside. rian turned to rami, "is something going on with her?" he whispered.

the girl shrugged, "i don't know." she turned back to the table, only to meet with woojin eyes. the girl quickly looked elsewhere to avoid the boys staring eyes. to their luck, yeri and bada soon left to go and speak with their moms leaving the three at the table in an awkward silence.

"i'll be back. i'm gonna find jaei." rian leaned down and whispered to the girl. she nodded with a smile on her face but in her mind she was secretly cursing at rian for leaving her with woojin. the girl looked to woojin, putting and awkward smile on her face.

"can we talk again? please?" the boy said.

the two stood in a more secluded area away from the room where the event was being held. rami stood, leaning on the wall with her arms crossed waiting for woojin to start talking. "you wanted to talk. so when are you going too?"

"right. look, i am really sorry for the other day. i was jealous and i shouldn't have acted that way. i just couldn't stand seeing you with rian. i'm sorry." he grabbed her hand. the girl stared down at their hands for a moment before looking back up to woojin.

she sighed, "woojin, i really can never really be mad at you." the girl gave in, before giving the boy a hug. woojin pulled away from the hug, "i have one more thing. the person i was calling... it was han." woojin said looking down.

"han? like a dude? stray kids? how did you get his number? do you think you can give it to—"

"miss han." he said making her face drop.

"woojin! that's so wrong on so many levels! you're a minor!" the girl scolded him pushing him away, "you know, she can get fired for that! arrested even!"

"i ended it because of you. i want to be with you, i swear what i had with her meant absolutely nothing. i promise it was nothing." as he looked at her, she could tell from his eyes that he wasn't lying. the girl sighed, "okay i believe you."

"so are you going to tell me why you're with rian out of all people?" woojin asked. in the time that rami was there with woojin, she completely forgot she was "dating" rian. she sighed, "okay, you can't tell anyone about this, but rian and i, we're not actually dating." the girl said.

"what?"

"we're faking it." the girl admitted.

"w-what? why would you do that?" woojin asked.

"because! rian wanted to get jaei back and i wanted to make you jealous. it was a win-win deal for the both of us. well, it's more win for me because it actually worked. i don't quite know how rian's plan is going..."

don't hate me but im gonna kind of keep the ms han part and make rami thr3aten her and her job...but woojin and han aren't seeing each other now !! 😭
