There are a few ideas we can go with for the new story. For the sake of easing into it, we'll be using the names the characters are based off of when the characters are mentioned.
The Classic: It's just hero versus villain. Different people with different powers duking it out.
Supernatural Elements: In this, we add some sort of periodic event on top of fighting off villains. Like an eerie fog or a blood moon.
Infinite Flow: This is a type of Chinese horror that has the characters do normal tasks with their lives on the line. The plan is that everyone has a power to help them survive being randomly thrown in a supernatural saw game.
Apocalypse: Similar to the Supernatural Elements, but the world has already ended.
Modern Fantasy: Heroes are not only there to fight crime but also to close the dungeons. These dungeons appear randomly in random locations.
Time Travel Fix It: Exactly as the name sounds. Though, we can add other settings to this.
Next, we need to establish our main character (Izuku).
Should Izuku be a boy or a girl?
If a girl, should we make her have huge boobs or go normal?
Should Izuku grow up in a good neighborhood or a bad one?
Should Inko (the protagonist's mom) be a good mother or a bad mother?
Should Izuku have Parental Beacon or be powerless?
Next is the childhood friends. Please note that the names mentioned are only for reference and not the actual characters.
