STORY DESCRIPTION ━━ In which River Harrington is forced to move to Hawkins Indiana where she'll have to make new friends and start over for the most part.
SUMMARY ━━ River Harrington was forced to leave her home because she had almost killed someone who tried to attack her best friend. It wasn't the best of circumstances but her parents knew how there daughter could be when someone seriously harmed a friend or family member. While she hated the idea of moving to Hawkins she was excited because she would be able to see her cousin Steve Harrington a lot more. He guided her around showing her what Hawkins was like before she settled into her home in Forest Hills Trailer Park. Sure she had a cousin who was rich and popular but she was the complete opposite. She had a drunk abusive father and a mother who was barely there except when she had gotten into the fight. When she moved to Hawkins just a month after finishing her Junior year she spent most nights outside. Then in walks Eddie Munson, the boy who lives next door to her. He wanted to know everything about her, while she wasn't sure if she wanted to let him in. She had serve trust issues because of her father and the fight. But Eddie was determined to get her to trust him.

─ The title can be changed but Black Out Days by Phantogram must be included in the playlist.
─ River would go up to Hawkins for Christmas sometimes, but other than that she didn't really know Hawkins until Steve dragged her around.
─ Because it takes place before season 4 it will start in July which would be when she moves there so technically she could be in season 3 if you wanted to have her in it but I feel like it would be better if she found out about everything later on.
─ Eddie is technically her first friend, he becomes her best friend later on and then eventually they'll get together.
─ The trope is Strangers to Friends to Best Friends to Lovers.
─ The first night she moved to Hawkins she's outside on the grass looking up at the stars. Her parents are inside fighting and she didn't want to hear it. Eddie will come out of his trailer and see her and then eventually introduce himself to her.
─ It'll take him about 3 months to get her to trust him and that's when they become friends.
─ By October they're closer and it's very difficult to separate them.
─ River will spend a lot of time with her cousin and Robin when she's not with Eddie. She'll eventually start working at Family Video with them.
─ And when she's not with them she's with Eddie spending time with him. She does often spend the night at his trailer when her parents fight.
─ She will also be apart of the Hellfire Club and she'll have a rivalry with Jason.
─ River and Eddie will start dating by the start of season 4.
─ River will be with Eddie when Chrissy dies and he will pull her out of the trailer and get her to his van and they'll hide out together. She will be a suspect as well as Eddie.
─ Steve and Robin will find it out that she doesn't show up to work and Steve will become slightly panicked when he finds out what happened.
─ During that time Eddie and River will rely a lot on each other. River will still be processing what happened and won't get any sleep because of it.
─ She doesn't want to believe Dustin and the others when they tell her and Eddie what's happening.
─ River will jump down into the water after her cousin, and then Eddie will follow her and the others.
─ By the end when they go back to the upside down she will also sacrifice herself along with Eddie however the Kas theory will come into play. (I know we don't know what's happening yet.)
─ For post/pre-stranger things 4 & 5 Eddie and River will both come back as vampires. They will rule alongside Vecna until they both decide to leave.
─ The two are still stuck in the upside down, they were watching over the upside down. But eventually they'll escape and find a way back to everyone.
─ Then it'll pick up with Season 5 depending on what happens.
