Hello to the readers of my story. This is my story.
My name is Disha, and I am a working woman. I am the proud author of more then 100+ books, and here's a fun fact - I'm only 27 years old.
You'd be mistaken if you assume that I come from a wealthy family and that's how I achieved all this. I am not from a rich or even a middle-class background; rather, I come from a lower-middle-class family where making ends meet, including having enough food, was a daily challenge. I am also not highly educated; I am just a graduate.
So, you might be wondering how I achieved so much success at such a young age, right?
At the age of 15, I began manifesting my desire to become a successful woman without relying on anyone else. It wasn't just about manifesting; I also dedicated myself to hard work to achieve my goals. Along the way, there were moments when our circumstances and the environment we lived in posed challenges that influenced our aspirations and achievements.
So, I decided to surround myself with positivity. I began making friends whose thoughts were positive and whose dreams were ambitious. I refused to let myself be demotivated. I started meticulously planning my future, detailing every aspect of the thoughts and goals I wanted to achieve. This process made me feel optimistic about my future, knowing that my present efforts were laying the groundwork for what I envisioned.
Within just two years, I gained the maturity of a 22-year-old person. I found that I could understand things more easily compared to people my own age. Having a clear goal for my future helped me avoid confusion and distractions, allowing me to stay focused on my objectives. After completing my boards, I began to explore which field I was most interested in. It was then that I realized my passion for writing about my thoughts and feelings, as well as topics that were not widely discussed. This discovery led me to pursue writing as a means to share my perspectives with others.
You know, the most difficult challenge I faced when deciding on my career was overcoming mental barriers and summoning the courage to pursue what I truly wanted. When I started writing, I kept it to myself because everyone around me began saying things like, "She's just wasting her time," or "She's pretending to work to avoid household chores." Being a woman comes with its own set of challenges because often, no one really understands your aspirations. People expect women to be constantly busy with household tasks, and if what you're doing isn't related to home chores, they often dismiss it as a waste of time rather than real work. But I didn't let these comments become excuses to quit pursuing my goals. I persisted with my writing because I envisioned a future where I saw myself as a successful author, recognized worldwide.
I began crafting my first book, which covers a wide range of topics including love, sadness, happiness, inspiration, motivation, self-realization, love confessions, and one-sided love. In short, this book aims to encapsulate the essence of human emotions, allowing every generation to relate to it without being hindered by generational gaps.
Nothing is easy, but nothing is truly difficult either. In just six months, I completed my first book. However, I kept it a secret, not telling anyone about it. I submitted the manuscript to a publishing house, investing all my savings into the process. Knowing that publishing would take about three months, I decided to start writing my second book during this waiting period. This next book will explore the aspects of "Womanhood." After attending school and completing my studies, I would spend my nights writing when everyone else had gone to sleep.
As I continued my writing journey, I met a person named Avinav. Though I had known of him for a long time, this was the first time we were meeting in person. Avinav is a highly recognized author, not just nationally but internationally as well. I still don't know how or where he found me. Avinav approached me and asked, "Are you Disha? "Nervously, I replied, "Yes."
He then said, "I have read your manuscript. It came to my publishing house, and I found it so fascinating that I couldn't resist meeting the person who wrote it."
At that moment, I was at a loss for how to respond to him. I didn't know what to do next or how to handle the situation. But then he spoke again, saying, "I want you to join me if you want to continue your writing journey." Without taking much time, I responded, "Okay, I will work with you. What do I need to do for that?"
So he gave me his manager's number and told me to call whenever I felt the time was right for me. I saved the number and said, "Okay." Then he left, giving me a gentle smile.
I decided to call Avinav's manager after my 12th boards, which were just three months away. I stopped writing for those three months and focused entirely on preparing for my boards.
After those three months, I took some time to rest and relax. After a week, I called Avinav's manager. As soon as he heard my name, he said, "Ma'am, I have been waiting for your call since the day Sir met you. Every day, he asks me if you have called or not. Just let me know when you are free, and I will come over to pick you up." I just said, "Okay, I will be free this Friday. Let me know if it is possible." He said, "Okay, I will pick you up on Friday morning at 10:00 AM" and the call ends.
I never thought that my dream would come true in this way, but I always knew that my dreams would definitely come true somehow. Here, you can see how God will do everything in your favor if your dedication is pure and strong. Manifestations work, and I am a living example for you all. Today, I am here, where no one could imagine themselves, given the conditions I have lived through. So, not dreaming big because of your circumstances is just an excuse. In this world, no one is going to be with you; the only person who will be with you is yourself. Don't limit yourself just because you don't have sufficient money.
I cannot guarantee the success, but I can guarantee the happiness you will get when you give time and dedication to yourself and your dreams. As I have found an opportunity in a very unexpected way, you can also find one. Just focus on yourself, and the opportunity will find you. As long as you hold yourself back from moving forward toward your dreams, the opportunities will also move away from you. Be free and dream big to become the version of yourself that you always wanted to be.
So, when all this happened, I confirmed my meeting with Avinav. I did not tell anybody about that because I first wanted to know everything. After that, I will tell my family members about all of this.
Here's the date of my meeting, and Avinav's manager has come to pick me up.
Next Will be Continued...
