Y/n L/n stood at the waterfall focusing his ki around himself becoming attuned with nature when suddenly he felt a presence.
" I know you're here Hayabusa," Y/n said as the black-clad masked ninja landed on a rock above Y/n in the middle of the waterfall.
" I have a mission for you," Hayabusa says.
" And what would that be?" Y/n asked without breaking his connection with the flow of the earth's ki.
" You are to watch over Kasumi as she goes to the Dead Or Alive Tournament," said the Black clad Shinobi.
" I understand, I'll be ready in half an hour," Said Y/n.
Y/n L/n is the last surviving member of the Phantom clan long thought extinct Y/n was raised in secret by the Late Master Of the Hayabusa clan before their untimely demise by the Greater fiend Doku and his Samurai clan, Ryuu was lucky that the clan's spirit Gaurdian revived him and granted him the power to fight Demons.
Y/n was one of the Ninjas who had fought alongside Ryuu in that war using his trusty sword the Phantom Blade.

The golden Double-edged sword had a pommel and hand guard like A dragon claw and four hollowed sections where the four jewels of sealing could be held.

Y/n arrived at the tournament ship and he suddenly caught glimpse of the girl he was hired to protect.

To say Y/n was stunned would be an understatement he was practically hyperventilating from his eyes gazing upon such a beautiful woman.

Kasumi felt as if she were being watched she looked in the direction of Y/n and at that moment y/n looked away.
Now Y/n wasn't inexperienced with women, in the social sense of course.
he had done bodyguard duty for them before but this girl, the tough yet fragile-looking beauty was the one who caused his heart to ache.
Y/n was then approached by a man named Zach.
"I see you eyeing up that hot piece of ass but you got to beat me to get her." Said the black DJ
' great a guy who makes his life a spectacle for everyone to see.' Y/n thought.
" My eyes may be on that hot piece of ass as you say, but my foot set its sight on your ass, which is mine as of today," Y/n said releasing his inner Killer bee.
" Woah didn't know a jap could rap," said Zach.
'he did not just make this about an ethnicity thing,' thought Y/n.
Y/n did the only thing he deemed appropriate at that time, he kicked Zach in the sternum with a side kick so hard the man flew into the upper balcony of the ship.
Everyone looked at Y/n confused.
" He made a racist remark," said Y/n
Everyone ignored him.
Later everyone was assigned double rooms and as fate would have it Y/n got paired up with Kasumi.
" I hope we can be friends," said Kasumi.
" ...uh sure I'd like that..." Y/n replied.
After unpacking his stuff Y/n noticed Kasumi staring at him.
" Can I help you Kasumi?" Asked Y/n.
" I didn't quite catch your name," she asked.
" it's Y/n L/n I'm somewhat of a Ronin that is to say I work part-time doing odd jobs," Y/n replied casually.
Kasumi blushed when she noticed Y/n changing then she noticed a scar on the right side of Y/n's body right below his liver.
"What's that?" She asked.
" Just a battle scar," said Y/n.
" From what?" She asked.
" An altercation with a Street thug wielding a sword," said Y/n.
" I see well I'm turning in good night," she said.
Y/n turned in as well but then he secretly snuck out of the room.
As Y/n found out Kasumi was being hunted by the Mugen tenshin ninja and although they were allies Y/n had a mission to fulfill.
Two mugen tenshin ninjas were on the the balcony when they found themselves face to face with Y/n they turned and were immediately on the receiving end of one of Y/n's special moves called Pistol a ki blast that shoots from his fingertip like a gun.
The beam pierced through the two Ninja's skulls killing them.
" Bastards trying to attack a girl in her sleep," Y/n said under his breath.
Later after all enemies were dealt with Y/n returned to the room and lay down on his bed.
Kasumi slept soundly.
Y/n felt nervous he slept in the direction of Kasumi's beautiful sleeping face.
' I'm a hot mess,' thought Y/n.
The next day the group was given permission to compete in the exhibition.
Kasumi was dressed in a beautiful blue ninja dress blue arm guards with a tanto on her back her dress also have him view of her thighs which he tried to avoid looking at for every shred of human decency.

Y/n couldn't take his eyes off her.
" Y/n what are you staring at?" Kasumi asked.
Y/n quickly adverted his gaze.
" N-nothing," said the young red clad ninja.
She smirked.
' he is so cute,' she thought to herself.
Fame Douglas came onto the stage along with him was Raidou the man who Put Hayate in a coma.
' so that man is Raidou his aura is dark and unnatural,' thought Y/n.
Y/n noticed Ayane was there and she and kasumi seemed to be getting into it he knew it wasn't his place to get involved with their quarrel so he decided to check out the competition.
There was an old Chinese guy, a young man who fancied himself to be Bruce Lee, a Girl in a Chinese Dress, a large man who looked like Hulk Hogan, a beautiful cow girl, that DJ he kicked the day before, and a military man.
' damn the competition is stacked,' thought Y/n.
After the introductory ceremony Y/n followed the girls to the balcony there he saw the girls get whipped by Raidou.
He jumped in and managed to protect them using his own aura unlike techniques aura couldn't be copied.
Raidou looked at Y/n determining wether he was worth his time after a Moment he sighed and returned to the helicopter.
" Who are you?" Asked Ayane.
" I'm a friend of Hayabusa, as for why I'm here; I can't tell you that," said Y/n.
" Whatever, I'll kill Raidou myself," said Ayane.
" Ayane," said Y/n with a powerful voice.
She looked at Y/n.
" You don't have to do it alone let Kasumi and I Help you," said Y/n with genuine concern.
Ayane was smart enough to know that this guy was just concerned for her but she had a personal vendetta with Raidou after all he was the reason she was born and hated.
" You don't understand what it's like to be hated," she said.
" Don't patronize me...My father and mother were forbidden to love each other when I was born they were exiled one day whenever I was 10 the ninja clan found them and executed them then a demon came and killed them all I was the only survivor, the Hayabusa clan found me and they took me in but the fact was the Demon was still out there then one day I learned the truth, I was the demon that killed them... because I am a Yasha," said Y/n revealing his tragic past to the two girls.
Ayane wanted to punch herself for what she said, however she still had her mission.
Kasumi looked at Y/n and felt sorry for him.
" Y/n that's awful,' said Kasumi.
Y/n looked away "don't think your the only ninja that is suffering," said Y/n.
Ayane feeling guilty ran off not wanting to argue with him.
Later at the tournament arena Y/n faced Jann Lee in the first round of the tournament.
The man assumed a Jeet Kune Do stance and Y/n assumed His fighting stance.
The order to fight would be given and Y/n began by ducking underneath Janns lead left straight and countering with a seiken-zuki to the chest.
Jann came back at him letting loose a spinning hook kick and Y/n countered by swaying right and coming back with a jolt to the liver.
" Guh!" Grunted Jann Lee.
Y/n then used a backspin kick to Jann Lee's balls and then began to hammer him with a punch combination before using a shoulder strike called Tetsuzanko.
The man was pushed to the edge of the arena before he grounded his stance.
Y/n smirked he vanished via speed before reappearing next to Jann Lee and slamming him with an energized punch using a move he called his Spirit strike.
The man was knocked unconscious and Y/n won the first round of the tournament.

( A/n Woo how about that for a first chapter honestly I've been working on this for a while and found it difficult to come up with anything anyway the tournament has begun and Y/n has won now for those confused there are actually ki techniques in dead or alive however they're not part of the gameplay so to say unless you count Mai Shiranui's crossover event DLC anyways that's it for this chapter if I get 20 views maybe I'll continue this story if not I'll delete it see you next time Ciao,)
