new town

June's POV*

well this is definitely not what I pictured living in it's so gross and not what I had imagined when cathy said we were moving into an old manor. I look over at cathy and shes smiling as always I just rolled my eyes and saw my best friend kill a spider with her foot. This place will definitely need a good cleaning.

the more I look at it the more I feel it suits my older sister. The place was dark mysterious but still beautiful. My sister was a gorgeous woman but I had to much pride to tell her that but she knew I thought so actually she knew everyone thought so. We were all stunnin me my sister carla my best friend joan and her older ister cathy.

we could have bought a house in town there are many mansions and nice places in town. My sister refused her excuse being we just left the city and she wanted quiet but I knew she secretly enjoyed people thinking we were witches or vampires.

We all soon split ways I explored for about an hour and stll hadn't ran into anyone and I was kinda glad I hadn't. I grew to love this place more and more it was a true historical beauty. Soon I got to the very top of the house and went into the door and saw my sister and went over to her as she looked out the window of the bedroom and she said well I think I found your new room. I leaned on her looking out the window to. I'm glad we moved here its lovely. I whispered to her.

*Time skip two weeks*
We have all four settled in to our new home. I was looking out of the window of my new room when cathy walked in and over to me then sat in front of. Me and said we are leaving soon to go out and explore all of us so get ready we are leaving at 1:30 she said all smiley as she always was. Then before I could say anything she left to finish getting herself ready.

I looked at the clock and it was 11:27. I went to my closet to pick out something to wear once I did I set it on my bed and started on my hair and makeup. Not a single one of us left without it.

By 1:21 I was ready and look at my myself in the mirror I don't want to sound cocky but I was hot. I put on my heels and grabbed my purse and left my room to go see if joan was ready to go yet.

I walked into her room to see her ready one if the books I got her for her 16th birthday. She looked up at me and set her book down and stood up. then looked at my outfit and said red had always been your color and always will. I smirked and spun so she could see the whole outfit.

Soon after that we all left the house in my sister's car. She was normally the one to drive she was the most responsible anyway. I sat in the backseat with joan and cathy was in the front next to carla.

*Time skip to 12:32am*
We were on our way home but we had to drive threw a bad part of town to get home when we got a flat tire. Me and carla got out while Joan was reading the book she had in her purse and with one of the flashlights the we had in the glove box. Sitting in front of her was her sister sleeping peacefully. I swear she could sleep threw anything if we would let her.

Anyways me and my sister got out with the other flashlight and saw a nail in our tire and I groaned. And told my sister I would walk to the house 3 houses down since it was the only house with lights on near by and it was to far to walk home. So I grabbed my knife out of my purse and put it in my bra.

I soon made it to the front door with my sister watching me from the car. I knocked on the door and I heard all the noise on the inside get silenced by a man with a deep voice. Then someone opened the door it was a muscular man with slick hair and he looked down at me with a confused but welcoming look and asked what I needed.

Hello um our car got a flat tire but we are to far from home to walk back and your house was the only one with lights on for a while so we were hoping maybe you could help us. I told him as politely as I could. The man nodded and asked my name and. Its june and you are. I'm darrle he replied.

He was handsome but definitely not my type in a guy. He was also way to old for me. I looked inside and saw a blonde boy that looked a little younger than me and a boy with black hair next to him. And two in matching uniforms with the letters DX. One of them looked similar to the people I saw back in Hollywood but kinder and dirtier.

He told me he would come with me to get the girls and we could come inside to warm up since it was getting cold. So we did but it took a lit of work to wake up cathy I swear shes like a rock when she sleeps. Soon we all got inside and started to warm up some.

Darry introduced everyone but I wasn't exactly paying attention to him. My thoughts and eyes kelp wondering to the boy darry introduced as Johnny I think. He was sweet looking like the most innocent boy in the world but had been threw to much to say hes innocent. And he had a scar on his face it looked pretty bad but old like it's been there for quite a while.

Soon darry took me and carla home in his truck and Steve took cathy and Joan home. Darry promised to fix the tire Tomorrow but carla told him we have more cars so there was no rush.

Eventually we all got home and I quickly took a shower and got in bed and started to read or well tried to at least. My mode kept going to the scar and Johnny's face I wanted to know what happened but I couldn't just ask. Soon enough I fell asleep with one thing on my mind Johnny cade.
