Later as Alexis is laying in work form in her yard she soon spots Chuckie walking over.
"Hey Chuckie. What's up?" Alexis asks curiously a she stands up.
"Oh not much. I was gonna see if you wanted to go to the movies with me in a bit to watch that new Reptar movie they got out. I know Reptar is for kids but I still got a soft spot for him. Ya know?" Chuckie asks as Alexis nods.
"Of course and I don't mind watching it with you. I like Reptar and I'm happy to watch them with you." Alexis says happily.
"Thanks. I'm glad you don't mind. The others think its a bit childish. But anyway there's something I wanted to talk to you about first before we go." Chuckie says.
"Sure Chuckie. What's on your mind?" Alexis asks curiously.
"Well I did some digging and I also talked to Phil and Dil and they uh told me some things after the dance last week." Chuckie says as Alexis blushes.
"Oh. They did?" Alexis asks nervously.
"Yeah... They said something about you having feelings for me. As in you like me and have a crush on me." Chuckie says.
"I'm sure they were just playing around. You know with all the crazy Valentine's Day stuff that was going on. Maybe they were confused." Alexis says nervously as she shifts to human form.
"Had it just been Phil I would have thought the same but Phil tends to be fairly protective of you because he and Lil see you like a sister and you and Dil have always been good friends and I don't see Dil playing around like that. So Alexis please don't try to lie to me. Is it true what they said? Do you have feelings for me?" Chuckie asks as Alexis looks at him and sighs.
"Yes. It's true." Alexis says shyly.
"So you do have feelings for me. Why didn't you say anything?" Chuckie asks curiously.
"Because you like Nicole. I just didn't wanna stand in the way of that." Alexis says as she blushes and looks away.
"Is that why you acted to so weird about the dance? You never wanted to ask me to the dance as friends did you? You wanted to ask me in the way that I wanted to ask Nicole. You wanted us to go as a date. Didn't you?" Chicken ask as Alexis nods.
"Yes. I'm sorry Chuckie. Listen we can forget about this. I know you like Nicole so it's fine." Alexis says.
"Alexis I did like Nicole. Key word. Did. But I don't anymore. The person I like now is you." Chuckie says.
"What?" Alexis asks in surprise as she looks at Chuckie.
"I stopped like Nicole after the whole Chongo incident. I started liking you about a week after that. I only wanted to ask Nicole because I thought she was my only shot at a possible girlfriend. I didn't think you'd feel the same way. And I didn't want it to be awkward between us if you didn't feel the same. You mean a lot to me. You're more than just my friend. Your my best friend too." Chuckie says as he smiles and blushes.
"Chuckie I don't know what to say." Alexis says shyly.
"Well what do you want us to do? We can forget this happened if you want or we can act on it. Personally I don't want to forget about it. I like you a lot Alexis." Chuckie says as Alexis smiles softly at him.
"I like you too Chuckie... I don't want to forget about it either." Alexis says.
"If that is the case then would you wanna be my girlfriend?" Chicken asks as Alexis hugs him.
"I'd love to Chuckie!" Alexis says happily as Chuckie smiles.
"Great. That's actually part of the reason why I invited you to the movies. I thought since we couldn't go to the dance as a couple and have that as our first date maybe we could do it at the movies. If you want to." Chuckie says.
"That sounds great to me." Alexis says happily as she and Chuckie walk off.
