Shadows Of The Past Life

Introduction To The New World

*Narrator*:<John appeared out of nowhere and he started thinking about he's conversation with Raphael. He was kinda pissed that Raphael avoided his last question and teleported him away. With all that aside, he hoped to live a good life in this new world>

"That Angel Raphael was a pain in the ass. He didn't give me useful information on this new world I'm entering. All he told me about, where the creatures that lived in this world. I'm really pissed though that he avoided my question before he teleported me here, so I can be skydiving without a parachute." He was so pissed about all this that he just realized that he was falling from the sky.

"Wait.....I-I'm falling" He said with a trembling and panicking tone. "Aaaaaaaahhhhhh!!!!" He fell through the trees, hit some parts of his body on hard branches and finally fell into a river. He fell deep into the river but he started swimming to the surface once he gained his balance and control.

He finally got to the surface got to the surface of the river. He came out to the surface panting. He heard a strange sound around him. It kinda sounded like a large amount of water falling for a high ground to a lower ground. He looked around while still in the water to see if he could figure out where the strange sound was coming from. And then he saw it. A waterfall. "Oh great.....,a waterfall". My day couldn't get any worse" He said with a pissed voice and tried to swim away but to no avail. He fell from the waterfall. He tried his best again to swim to the surface and out of the water.
Meanwhile Raphael was enjoying the show from heaven and laughing his heart out.

John swam to the river bank and crawled to and sat and leaned against a tree panting. "What a wonderful day. First I was betrayed, killed and died. I then met an Angel that hated my guts because I interrupted him. And for that he teleported me into mid-air and made me fall about 200 ft from the sky and I think I broke a bone or two falling through those trees. Next I almost drowned in a river and fell from the top of a waterfall. Sure my day has been great." He said with a disappointed and tired face. "I'm kinda thirsty. I guess I'm gonna drink for the same river that almost killed me a few minutes ago." He crawls to the edge of the river and when he saw his reflection, he got angry at Raphael.

"Why the hell do I look like a seven year old. No....no.....no......no......no. I can't be a kid again. That was the most traumatizing part of my life I had to go through. Going to school, obey rules and worst of all, admitting that the older one is always right when they're not.Raphael..., I swear when I meet you again I'm gonna rip your guts out." He held his head in disbelief. Raphael was laughing his heart out from heaven because of the reactions John gave.

John managed to calm himself down and he drank the water to quench his thirst. He went back the sit under the tree and thought stuff through. "Oh that's right......, the thing he called the system. It's supposed to give me any need information right....?" He questioned himself. "Now how do I bring this system out....?. Ummm...... system activate." He said with an unsure voice. The system came out and the screen displayed his stats.

Skills: Foresight; allows used to see info about anything in this this world. It also aids user to see far distances.
Snatch and evolve; This skill helps user to steal skills from desired opponents if conditions have been met. The evolve can be used to upgrade the snatched skill.

"These will come in pretty handy." He said with confidence. "But still intelligence at level 1 is kinda insulting. Hey Raphael I hope you're happy doing this to me" He shouted in the sky.

Raphael heard what John said. "It's kinda getting a bit boring though. I know just the thing to spice it up. Oh John get ready for for an interesting surprise. Hahahahahaha...." Raphael laughed maniacally.

John got up and had to look for shelter, so he started walking through the woods in hopes that he'd find some. "Hey system acti......" before he could call the system out he heard and strange sound coming from a bush. John got a bit scared as the growl from the bush got higher and higher.

"Who's there....?" He said with a trembling tone. A demonic looking wolf jumped out of the bush towards him. He couldn't move due to how scared he was. It's just about a few seconds before the demon wolf made contact, before he came back to his senses and ducked down.

The demon wolf was about 5ft tall and he had a horn protruding from its forehead adding a demonic touch. It's had glowing red eyes with a vertical pupil, showing it's killing intent. John noticed the muscular body of the demon wolf and it's sharp claws. If one attack Hits him, he'll be dead for sure.
"We'll John......., how do you like my surprise?" Raphael said in his head and and smirked.

The demon wolf had smoke coming from its mouth showing it had some kind of fire magic attributes attached to it. It walk slowly towards John and the aura emanating from it gave John all the reasons to be scared.

A screen appeared on top of the wolf's head that only John could see. This was because of the foresight skill. The info on the screen was
"Fire Demon Wolf. Rank 1, level 8". John fell to his back as the demon launched towards him.
