one day we'll say our goodbyes
but I promise you this
wherever you are, you're in my heart
and I'll forever keep you
I'll think about the days we were together
and laugh along although it hurts
be happy with the skies
smile and shine brightly
as you became one with the stars
so please shine to me whenever I need you
I'd catch a short glimpse
tears will soon be falling
and I'd be tearing apart
but I know that I have been loved.
