True Feelings

Happily blessed with each other. Being with someone you always love but the other also has to love someone else the way you love the person. Karma and Rio were a happy couple, they never hid something from each other but when Karma realized this feelings of his. He never mentioned it to her that he loves someone else more the way he loves Rio.

Pain was the feeling Rio felt when she observed his actions, he wasn't the usual instead he was different, his eyes were on someone else and this arched her. The thought of someone you deeply love but love someone else, the thought of him staying because he never wanted to hurt her this causes her to have more pain inside.

Traitor.

He never cheated on her but he's still a traitor. A traitor because he didn't confront his true feelings. A traitor because he stayed just for her sake. A traitor because she's not the one for him.

One particular day, Okuda was getting ready to travel to another country, New Zealand where she could study and learn more science with her friend Takebayashi. The two were now at the airport with their friends bidding their goodbyes to them but a red and blonde haired person is missing.

"It seems they don't want to bid their goodbyes." Okuda sighed. Even though the two of us can't be together, at least seeing each other would be fine for me, these words were inside her mind.

Takebayashi notices it so he puts his hand on her shoulder and gives her a reassuring smile. But before a word came out of his mouth, it was announced their flight would take place.

"We should go now." Okuda informed them, their friends were waving their hands and some were sniffing. Both waved back and walked forward. But inside of her was telling her that he would come to see her for the last time. Putting her hand on her chest, praying for him to be there before they take their flight.

Walking at the park as the couple sat beside the cherry blossom tree known as Sakura tree in Japan. The sound of the air and the flowing of the tree was only heard as the two were silent. She knows what she has to do and that is confronting him, his true feelings. So instead of being a bitchy friend, she decided it was best for the both of them.

Karma's lips were about to open but stopped when she spoke first. "Karma," She called his name with a soft tone. He looked at her though she was still looking at the front.

"Shouldn't you go to her." He was bewildered by her statement.:He looked at her and replied with a confused tone, "What do you mean by that?"

Slowly looking at the man she never felt she would love someone so hard that it would break her heart to let him go but there is no choice. Giving him a warm smile, "I know what you feel... Your true feelings... I know it." She told him, causing him to be more shocked.

"Rio, what are you-" He was startled by her getting up. Standing up to confront him, "Karma don't lie to me." She looked at him, still sitting down with a confused look.

"You like Okuda don't you?" Shook by her bold question causing him to stay still. "What are you talking about?" He suddenly stood up, leveling with her. Smiling at him, giving clues that she knew from the start. She took a deep breath while closing her eyes.

"It's fine, I already know your feelings from the way you were acting for the past months." His mouth was too stunned to open.

"I know you didn't want to break up because you don't want to hurt me but Karma," She took his hands. He was surprised by the warmth of her hand and the soft tone of her voice. "I am more hurt that you stayed with me than you are with the person you really love." Gently placing his hand on his chest.

He looked at his hand that was placed on his chest, where his heart was at. Rio looked at his hand.

"I don't want you to stay Karma, instead I want you to follow what your heart truthfully feels. Follow what you desire from the bottom of your heart. Follow the feeling that you've felt right now and that is going to her." Slowly letting go of his hand. She looked at him with a smile telling him that she was willing to let him go.
