Elphelt's POV

"Aba? What are you doing here?"

"It's none of your business! Now go away!"

After that first encounter I didn't see her for weeks but after the second I seemed to run into her more often.

From what I've found out, Aba had to part ways with Paracelsus a few months ago. I really thought they'd figure it out too! They were such a lovely couple! But now, I often see her slumping around under trees or near abandoned buildings, I always try and help her but she always refuses my help and runs off.

Oh! Speaking of Aba, there she is!

"Aba! Please let me help you this time!" I shouted out to her hopefully not startling her.

"What could you do to help me anyway?" Aba sounded at least somewhat curious this time!

"Well first I could offer you a place to stay-"

"With you? No way, now go!" Aba interrupted me while turning away

"Please? I swear I'm not a bad roommate!" I spoke trying harder to convince her, "and you won't be alone anymore, it's a little depressing seeing you out here by yourself," I continued

"Fine." Aba still didn't sound fully accepting of the idea, but she finally agreed!

"Wonderful! Do you want to go now? I was just on a walk handing out flyers,"

"Okay.."

On are walk back to my apartment Aba was pretty quiet I tried talking to her but it mostly just seemed like a one sided conversation, but I don't mind! I get that she just needs to adjust, I bet losing Paracelsus was terrible for her! I couldn't even imagine!

We had finally made it to my apartment I unlocked the door and opened it for her to enter, Aba seemed reluctant but she eventually went into my apartment.

"Aaaaand this is where you'll be staying! I'll show you your room! And of course the rest of the place! oh! this is going to be so fun!"

"Erhhh, you make my head hurt, I knew this was a bad idea," Aba seemed like she might walk right back out the door which I of course had to prevent!

"Wait! Sorry, I'll try and tone it down I swear!" I mean I just got her here how could I let her go already!

Aba really only responded by looking around the place, but I think that means she won't leave immediately maybe she'll even decide to stay here for longer than she probably has planned! Then we could even become good friends! Of course one step at a time I don't want to push her or anything.

"Oh shoot! I'm going to be late for practice, if I show you your room would you be okay to stay here for a little while? Or you could come with me but it's gonna be loud," I can't believe I almost forgot practice again!

"I'll stay here I suppose," Aba was still looking around which is kinda surprising since the place isn't that big

"Okay! well thissss right here is your room, mine is right across from it if you need anything! When I'm here of course!" I opened the door for her again so she could see the room, "okay I'll be back in a little while do you need anything while I'm out?"
