"Good morning George" said Lily walking into the room with her towel wrapped around her body "good morning darling" he said as she went over to where he was lying and gave him a kiss

"New nickname?" She asked as she went to her closet to get an outfit "do you like it?" He asked getting up "I love it! Now go take a shower" she said getting dressed and George went to the bathroom but found izzie in the hallway.

"What were you doing in Lily's room so early?" izzie asked, startling George "and why the silly grin?" She asked again "she called me to study at night and I ended up falling asleep" he answered

"okay" she said "darling, you forgot your socks" lily said bumping into the blonde and George "darling?" Izzie asked "I just got rid of them" George said

"Are you two together?" Izzie said "don't tell anyone" lily said "don't tell what?" Meredith asked arriving in the hallway.

"Tell them that..." lily didn't know what to say "tell them that lily's tampon got stuck down there you know" Izzie said making lily make an angry face.

"Well good luck" said Meredith leaving "I can't believe you two are together" izzie said "now enough of this talk let's get ready" lily said and everyone went their separate ways and Izzie left laughing

All the interns gathered around, following Bailey to a patient she seemed nervous about.

"When we walk in this door you will maintain decorum, you will not laugh, vomit or drop you jaw, are we understood?" Bailey said as he led the six into a patient's room "why would we laugh?" Cristina asked "just wait" Lily answer

"Good morning miss Connors" bailey said entering the room "good morning" the patient replied "what is it" George asked into Cristina's ear, her mouth hanging open "tumor" She replied everyone entered the room to pay attention to the patient

"Good morning Anne, how are you? This is Dr. Bailey and these are my fellow interns" Lily said smiling, which scared George a little, she never acted like that "Dr. Ballard, we refer to patients as mister" Bailey said, repressing her

"I told her to call me Annie, Ms. Connors makes me feel old and fat which i am, but why feel that way?" the patient smiled "Good morning" said Preston, entering the room "Annie, this is Dr. Burke awesome surgeon"Lily spoke again, which made George smile at his care for the patient

"Dr. Ballard" Bailey scolded him once again "Oh! Annie Connors is a 43-year-old woman who presented last night with progressive shortness of breath for the past three months found to have a very large tumor of unknown origin pressed against her diaphragm, stable vital signs, scheduled for CT this morning, sir." she finished presenting the patient

"Thank you, Dr. Ballard are you at all claustrophobic?" Preston asked the patient "I've been housebound for the last year how claustrophobic could I be?" the patient answered looking at lily and smiling, and she smiled too

"All right, then. Dr. Stevens is going to take you up for a CT it'll give us a better look at the tumor and we'll know how to proceed from there" Burke spoke once more "could someone tell my mom? She'll worry is she gets back and I'm not here" the patient asked in a sad voice
