"What do you mean, 'someone like you'?" Leiya raises an eyebrow at him. Heeseung's eyes linger on you for a moment before he finally breaks eye contact, glancing down at his own hands. He runs his fingers through his hair tucking a loose strand behind his ear. "You know exactly what I mean," He replies, his voice lower now. "Someone who doesn't fall for all the typical tricks, someone who's... Different." The words hang between them, heavy with meaning. Different isn't necessarily a bad thing, especially when it comes from Heeseung. And yet, there's an underlying current of danger in his statement- a challenge wrapped up in praise.

"Different? So you're calling me a freak?" Leiya smirks, loving how uncomfortable her words are making him. Heeseung shoots her a look, his lips twitching into a half smile. The discomfort is clear on his face, but he doesn't seem to mind too much. "A freak, huh?" He repeats, tilting his head to the side. "I wouldn't quite put it like that." He shifts his gaze back to her, his eyes scanning her face intently. There's a spark of something undefinable between them- Curiosity, intrigue, perhaps even admiration. It's rare for him to meet someone who can hold their ground against him without crumbling under pressure.

"But then again..." He trails off. "Maybe I should start calling you freak, that might stick."

"Yeah, I don't think so. Plus, how would you know?" She challenged.

Her retort earns another chuckle from Heeseung, his smirk widening as he leans forward. "How would I know?" He echoes, sounding genuinely intrigued. "Because I'm observant, Leiya. You're not like anyone else around here."
There's a certain intensity in his gaze now- a keen interest that goes beyond mere mockery or bullying. He's seen plenty of faces come and go throughout high school, but none quite like hers.

"And besides," He adds after a moment, "It takes guts to stand up to someone like me."

"I'd say it's pretty easy really." Leiya smirks at him, not breaking eye contact. Heeseung lets out a low whistle, shaking his head slightly as he regards her. Her confidence is infectious, and despite himself, he finds it rather endearing.

"Yeah, real easy." He agrees sarcastically, though there's no malice in his tone anymore. "Just walk right up to biggest bully in school and give him sass like it's nothing." His eyes flicker down to her lips briefly, before returning to her eyes. The way they move when she speaks- so full of life and conviction- it's hard not to notice.

"But hey," He continues. "If standing up to people is so easy, then why don't we take this show on the road? What do you say we step outside for some fresh air, just you and me?"

"Fine by me." Leiya smirks and looks at his lips before standing up. Heeseung catches the brief glance she gives his lips, a smirk tugging at his own. He stands up from his chair slowly, stretching his arms above his head. "Alright then, Let's go." With that, he starts making his way towards the door, expecting you to follow. He doesn't turn around to check if you're trailing behind him; instead, he simply waits for you to catch up. As she steps outside into the cold evening air, Heeseung turns toward her, folding his arms across his chest.

"So, where do you want to go?" He asks casually, glancing around at their surroundings. "Or should I choose somewhere interesting for us?"

"Well you seem to be full of surprises, so why don't you show me something." Heeseung's eyebrows raise slightly at her response, a smirk tugging at the corners of his mouth. He was expecting some soft of resistance or hesitation from you, but instead you've thrown him a curve ball. "Surprises huh?" He murmurs thoughtfully, looking down at Leiya with a playful glint in his eyes. "Well I suppose that's fair."
