Coming out of the house . Aditya made me sit inside his car and drive away somewhere . During the whole ride I didn't say anything and gave him time to calm down .

Soon the car came to a halt and we both moved out . We were in front of a building ,

Adi held my hand and moved inside . While walking inside all the people present there bowed when we entered , I looked at Aditya and saw him nodding at people with a cold face .

We then entered a huge apartment type office with a huge window and a workplace in front of it . The office was so beautiful with Greek designs .

" What are we doing here ? "

I asked not able to keep my curiosity within me

Aditya
" This is my company which I have built on my own "

Ohh.............wait ! WHAT !!

Lavanya
" What !!! "

Aditya
" I used to work in different places to earn money so that I could start a company of my own and before you ask , I didn't want anything from that man in my company , not even his money "

This mf !!! How dare he hide it from me.

Lavanya
" Is this whole company yours ? "

He nodded and my soul left my body . World's 3rd most powerful company is his ?????????

" It took me years to built this but this is not the main topic "

I frowned and looked at him . Then the situation struck me and I felt my knees getting weak.

He got cut off in the middle when his phone ringed , he looked at me and then picked it up moving to a corner . I couldn't hear anything but soon he came up to me

" Dhritimaan wants to talk to you "

I looked at him confused but then nodded taking the phone from his hands .

( I didn't know what to say and looked at Aditya to see him raising his eyebrows at me , gulping the lump that formed in my throat i took a deep breath )

Silence was all I could hear from the other hand and suddenly there was a loud sound and the call got cut .I looked at the phone and then at Adi .

" What did he say ? "

Lavanya
" He asked me if it was true that I said yes to his and my marriage"

I saw him nodding his head and took the phone from me , keeping it aside he took my hands and made me sit on the couch still holding my hands he looked at me .

Aditya
" I wanted to have a conversation with you about this marriage thing only "

I nodded at him hesitantly and he continued

Aditya
" Even tho I know it's not gonna happen but if Dhritimaan ever , ever hurt you or do something bad to you . You will come to me and don't you dare to keep it to yourself only . If he ever did that , I'm going to take you with me and we both will move to the US and live our lives there . I don't care if that is the right thing to do or not , but i would never let anyone hurt you . Go it ? "

I again nodded and smiled at his protective behaviour ignoring the storm that was growing inside me . The rest of the day we both spent together as a  bro-sis day out .

In the evening when we entered the house we saw Shalini aunty , maa , Meera and Dad sitting in the living room and none of them spoke anything .

Maa looked at us when we entered and signalled us to move into our rooms . Me and adi looked at eachother and nodded following her order but stopped when we heard dad saying

" Where were you both since morning "

I gulped as my heartbeat increased and my stomach took a turn . I gulped feeling weird when dad looked at me and I hid behind adi when he approached me .

" Dare to take a step near her and you'll see what I can do "

Dad scoffed at his remark , his gaze darkened but that didn't do anything to adi as he stood like a protective wall in front of me .

" What can you do ? huh ! Remember you are still that bad omen because of whom his family died . You were the cause of your parents death and now you are the cause of my family's sorrow "

I saw adi clutching his hands controlling himself from doing anything bad in his anger .

" If you have a little bit of shame left in you , leave my family alone . Leave Lavanya alone , I know what is good and bad for her "

Aditya suddenly chucked and that chuckle turned into a loud laugh . For the first time ever I saw his eyes become dark and cold .

" You know what is good and bad for her !! YOU KNOW ???? "

He suddenly yelled at dad and stepped forward making dad move backwards . I saw a fear flash in dad's eyes when he saw the change in Aditya .

Aditya
" If you would then , you wouldn't have done that sharma , you wouldn't have . And if I knew what you were doing to her , I would have never ever let you be near her and would have given you the most painful death . Remember I will make you beg me to kill you with my bare hands and that is ADITYA SINGH RATHORE'S promise to you . I won't let you live peacefully after her wedding . You are going to face hell "

I saw him saying something in dad's ear and dad widened his eyes later on looking at him with fear.........

After that adi held my hands and omed upstairs .

" Ye last mein kya bola ? "
( what did you say at the last moment? )

Aditya
" Nothing ! I said that I love him very much "

I looked at him weirdly and moved inside my room .

Aditya
" Lock the door and don't let anyone come inside , not even maa . Okay ? "

Lavanya
" Why ? "

I saw him sighing and he just patted my head lightly

" Just do as I say "

I did as he said , closed the door locking it and moved to freshen up. Laying on my bed i started at the wall . All the incidents since that happened roamed in my head and I eventually fell asleep .
