India sighed as she looked over at the clock on her desk, she still had 4 more hours of her shift left with so much work that needed to be done.
She hated having to bring work home but due to an urgent deadline for her project with no more than 2 days to complete the assignment, she would have to suck it up and do so.
Her phone buzzed and she grabbed it, seeing that she was tagged multiple times under a instagram post from The Shade Room.
She opened the app, seeing a picture of Dayvon and a random girl.

India could feel her heart drop as she continued to read the comments asking about what happened between the two and who the new woman could possibly be.
She wished she knew, they haven't spoken since she left his house 3 weeks ago and despite her many texts and calls for answers, she was sent to voicemail or left on delivered after he confirmed with her shortly after that Nyla's baby was his.
India locked her phone and reverted her attention back to the computer, to say she was hurt was an understatement.
She didn't understand why Dayvon ghosted her with no explanation but now to see that he had moved on so quickly was heartbreaking.
A tear fell down her face and she quickly wiped it away, not wanting to break down at work.
India sniffled, deciding to take a break and go get lunch to get her mind off of the situation.
