Chapter 7: cold

As the rain poured heavily, Avneet's fever remained unchanged. Siddharth's mom advised her to stay at their home.

Avneet was feeling bad, and she don't want to be a disturbance for anyone so she said

"It's ok aunty" Avneet refused even though somewhere in her heart she wants to stay. Siddharth and his mom said they will not let her go, so she decided to stay.

Her face lit up with happiness at the thought of spending more time with Siddharth and his family. The sound of raindrops against the window created a cozy atmosphere, and Avneet felt grateful for the warmth and care she was receiving.

Siddharth's mom showed her a room to take rest.

Avneet lied on the bed, Siddharth sat near to her.

"You are so lucky to have such loving mom" Said Avneet

"You are also lucky, she treat my friends like her children." Siddharth said

Avneet nodded with a smile

Soon someone came to their room, it was a doctor he checked on Avneet and gave some medicines and give an injection
Avneet became tired and slept like that

Siddharth felt so cute, he moved the hair which was coming to her face, suddenly she started shivering due to cold. To give her warmth Siddharth also get into her bed and they slept cuddling.
Avneet didn't know this as she had slept already.

Siddharth's mom went to their room to check on them, and she was shocked to see them sleeping like that
Why they could just close the door?? She thought and went back

It was night when she wake up, she felt his breath on her face she lift up her head to see Siddharth

She didn't knew what to do, as she loved it to be like that. She mesmerized his beauty for a while then again lost in some thoughts

"You were shivering so much so i thought to help you...I hope you won't take it in a bad way!" Siddharth said moving a little

"No Siddharth....Thankyou..." Avneet said getting up from the bed

"I'll bring you some water" Siddharth said and went to kitchen

"You didn't told me she is your girlfriend" Siddharth's mom complaint as he went to the kitchen.

"Mom...she is not.....I just helped her" Siddharth was about to explain

"The way you look at her, the way you care for her...it shows how much you love her" his mom said

"I maybe love her" Siddharth said scratching his head

"Admit it...don't be late....she is good for you" his mom supported her

" I love you mamma" Siddharth kissed on mom's forehead and ran back with water
