The Tumble

I see this man stumbling onto the ice while my coach is watching. Goofy ass man..."Woah there. First, you get on your feet." He tried to get to his feet only for him to stand like he needed to pee. "Stand properly.." I said, unsure of how this would end the way I expect it to. (i.e., him on the ground) Like the world wasn't watching, I glided towards him and took his hands in mine. "Like this..." His eyes immediately turned to mine to look directly into my eyes. An unsure face is now confident. He rubbed his thumb on my hand even though I was the one holding his hand. My heart thumped even harder when he looked at me. His features that made the cold look pale. His purple-ish orbs that reminded me of lilacs and lavender. His lips. (need i say more?) "AHEM." Echoed the sound of jealousy from dramatic lips.

"You guys can get dinner after this. Disgusting." I looked at him and giggled. "Okay, coach. What's up?" Kenji walked away to go sit on the seats of the dome, like a spectator would. I noticed he had his glasses on. He then waved and smiled at him, then went on his phone. "So the kaiju attack at the baseball dome yesterday affected many dates for our skating season, so you have a match in the next month. That doesn't mean you shouldn't prep for it- RUMI. NO. You are not leaving now, not till you show me your axel spin." He shouted at me while I tried to book it. Dang it. "Luckily, your skates are still on. And you're on the ice. You can do it. Just show me this spin, and you're free to go." I wish I could tell coach I sprained my ankle using my dominant leg. I sure hope I can spin. It's Kenji's fault. Why did he have to bring a kaiju infant into his home? I sprained my ankle, trying to escape the clutches of the 20 feet tall, pink kaiju baby I call my child. "Sure."

This isn't like skating in circles. I mean I don't skate in circles but right now my leg hurts like a bitch so I gotta endure the pain. I begin my routine, skating backwards while stretching towards the sky. I prepare to do the spin then my leg wanted to fail me but I reprimanded it. We'll my body just sent adrenaline, but that counts as reprimanding. I perfectly performed the spin and I was generally shocked. That's gonna hurt. "Can I go home now??" I asked. "Suree..." He said, like he suspected something. I dashed to the barrier then sat down at the bench to take off my skates. Once they were off, Coach came up to me and asked me: "Could you stand up and walk?" I think he suspects it. I stood up normally, took my skates and walked to my locker, I was limping but I was very unaware of it. "Aha! Got you." He said.

"Huh? Whatever do you mean?" I replied. "You're limping, that means from now on you are benched." I gasped at the thought of that. Sarcastically so, I was devastated, but really I was very happy. "Oh no... whatever shall I do! Woe is me!" Then I just kept walking to my locker to place my skates in. I met with Kenji at the front then we left together. "What are you thinking? Tonkastu?" I asked. He will obviously say yes, we both love that place. "Of course." We walked to the place because I didn't bring my car and Kenji just spawned here...?

"MM! This food is so good! I should eat noodles here." I exclaimed happily while eating alot. I saw that Kenji was waiting for my reaction and he looks relieved. I love food, food loves me and we go together like a pairrrr. "I love food so much.." I whispered, while nearly tearing up due to how good the food is. "I usually just get a platter but the noodles here are good!" I nodded and agreed to his sentiment. A few hours passed and we were at home. He went off to take a bath and I wanted to go check on Emi. I went into the basement and she lit up when she saw me. "There she is!! My little ray of sunshine! How are you, baby?"

Her chirping melts my heart. It makes me weak in the knees. I decided to put a film on TV and watch it with her but before, I got her food. "Hey Mina? Could you let her out and feed her fish please? Thanks." Well, Mina fed her. The containtainment unit went down and the baby wanted to sir nearby me. She just makes me smile🌸🎀🩷💕💗. I saw during the film that she started to fall asleep, and I fell asleep next to her.
