Kurt's back at McKinley but he's still dating Blaine.
Sam used to date Quinn but she's back with Finn, who used to date Rachel, who's still sort of in love with him-Finn, that is.
Santana's in love with Brittany but she's too scared to say it out loud. And Britt's back with Artie anyway. Kids these days.
Sam and Nadia hated each other at the beginning of the year, but then they hooked up and started a friends-with-benefits relationship. But Sam wanted more and Nadia wasn't going for that.
Sue's bent on destroying the glee club before Nationals. She even formed an evil league with nicknames.

EVER SINCE SAM TOLD NADIA about his family's situation, she's been helping them out. She brought them food and necessities that would be needed for their family, and she would help Stacy and Stevie with their homework. Nadia was able to ask Mabel with some of the cooking for his family so that they would have enough to eat for the next couple of weeks or so.
Quinn and Kurt ended up finding out as well. Sam told Quinn because they went to the same church and she would come over to help with his siblings with Nadia. And Kurt found out because Sam got a job delivering pizzas and he happened to deliver one to Blaine's house one night. Kurt offered to give him some clothes for him to wear.
They've been trying to get this on the down-low from everyone else because if anyone were to find out about it, Sam would be embarrassed and rumors would fly like wildfire around that damn school. Keeping it from everyone meant the rest of the Glee Club.
Anyway, Nadia was sitting in the back of the choir room with her notebooks in her lap and she was studying for her next test after Glee Club. She was minding her good business when suddenly Finn stormed into the room with Rachel following behind him like a lost puppy. Ah, hell.
"What the hell is this, dude?" Finn asked while reading the school newspaper. "What blondie and French former cheerleader are having a secret Moonlight Motel rendezvous with another big-lipped blondie?"
"Where does it say that?" Sam inquired, getting up from his chair.
"Right on the front page of this school newspaper!"
Quinn then stood up to calm down Finn, "You don't seriously believe this, do you?"
"Well, why shouldn't I? Why wouldn't he do the same thing I did to him?" Finn questioned, looking at Sam.
