Today is my Queen anniversary! A whole year! It's amazing!!! I'm soooo happy!
My abuelo and Abuelo have been planning me a special dinner, and Isa made me a beautiful homemade Tiara!
My two friends, Gabe and Naomi, sent me a heartfelt letter! Right now, they are on a voyage together! I let Naomi and Gabe have a vacation of their Royal duties!
Although.... I been hoping to see Mateo... So I'm actually on my way to his work shop right now!
I know, everyone is telling me it's my day but ...
I'm bringing him a gift! For being such a loyal, kind, funny Friend, who's always there for me through my dark or bright days!
He's been super busy lately... So maybe the gift I got him will cheer him up!
But I'm snapped out of my thoughts when someone taps me on my shoulder just as I'm about to knock on his door
I turn around, and see Mateo! I smile
"hey Mateo! How are you? I was just about to knock on your door!" I exclaim.
"Hey Elena! I'm doing great! And I could see that!" He chuckles "I was actually looking for you. I was going into my workshop right now to grab my tamboreta to find you, but here you are!" He does jazz hands
"Yup! Here I am!" I laugh... Why is my heart fluttering like this??
"I wanted to tell you happy one year queen anniversary! I been practicing a new spell for the celebration today!" He smiles at me and hugs me
The moment he hugs me, I feel this weird feeling in my stomach...like butterflies fluttering in me and fast rate .... What's happening to me? Oh my... Do...do I like Mateo? I like Mateo! Wait ..no I don't! I love Mateo!
I hug him back instantly, hoping I didn't take so long while I realized that I... You know... But then he breaks the hug when Flo jumps gently on his head
"Flo! Be careful!" I take her off his head. I don't want anyone to get hurt! It's my duty as queen to protect everyone!
"Well, hellooooo to you too, Elena!!! Now can you use your tattle tail vision to find out who took the last taco?" Flo uses her tail to wrap around my Scepter
"It was abuelo" I reply, with a soft smirk. Abuelo and Flo always get the last bite of everything.
"Thanks!" She hops along
"She's such a menace" Mateo laughs
"I know! But we love her for it" I smile as I laugh as well.
