Matthew, whom Sabby's Dad agreed upon for his business on marrying Sabby said, "Who is she Sabby?" he asked.
"Please leave us alone" Sabby answered.
"But why? I am your future husband and I must not leave you" Matthew answered back.
Yannie was shocked upon hearing it and questioned Sabby using her eyes.
"Matthew! Please leave" Sabby again said to Matthew.
"Matthew? Who is he!?" Yannie was already mad.
"Let me explain" Sabby looked unto Yannie's eyes.
"Explain what!? Tell me!" as Yannie removed Sabby's hand into her arms.

Matthew wasn't able to control himself.
"Sabby! Why do you need to explain to her? Who is she?" Matthew asked.
Yannie madly looked to Matthew and Sabby was afraid that her girlfriend might be attacked by her illness.
"Yannie, please be calm" as Sabby rubbed Yannie's arms.
"Yes Sabby! Why don't you tell her who I am? What keeps you quiet?" Matthew again added.
Sabby looked back on Matthew and shouted, "Yannie is my girlfriend!"
Matthew wasn't able to talk on what he heard.
"She is my girlfriend! Are you satisfied? Now that I've told you who is she?" Sabby madly said to Matthew.

Sabby looked back on Yannie who was breathing in and breathing out while tears are falling into her eyes, "Is it true Sabby? I clearly heard what he said awhile ago. Matthew will be your husband? Are you marrying him?"
Sabby sighed so deeply and said, "Love, no. I am not marrying him. You are the one I love. My Dad's business is falling and he needs to make it stay alive. He agreed with his business friend that if I marry Matthew, half of his parents business sales will be given to us.
Yannie smirked and said, "Why didn't you tell me about this thing? You didn't replied back to my texts, you even didn't answered my call. Love, it's been a week? You even don't bother to ask how am I? You didn't check on me!"
Sabby started to cry, "I am sorry, I am so sorry love. I don't know what to do. My Dad didn't allow me to contact you, he monitors me and I can't do anything"
Yannie felt so mad, "Now I understand. You don't need to explain anymore"
Yannie looked back and was about to leave when she suddenly felt pain. She started to cough so hard and having a hard time to breathe.
Sabby was so shocked and immediately checked on Yannie, "Love? Yannie? Are you okay? What's happening?"
Yannie fell down on her knees and breathing so deep.
"Matthew!!! Help!!!?" when Sabby was looking to Yannie who was passing out.
Matthew immediately run after Sabby and Yannie. He carried Yannie and took her on his car and Sabby run after them.

In the hospital.

Sabby and Matthew are outside the emergency room.

Sabby was walking back and forth and was so worried.
"Can you please stay still?" Matthew said.
"And can you please shut up? You're not helping!" Sabby gets mad.
"Okay. Sorry. I just want you to calm you" Matthew said.
Sabby don't know what to do already and she called Yannie's brother.
"Hello? Marco, this is Sabby" Sabby called.
"Oh? Sabby, why did you call?" Marco asked.
"You need to go here in the hospital" Sabby said in a nervous voice.
"Hospital? Why? What happened?" Marco got confused.
"Just please come. It's Yannie" Sabby said and ended the call.

Minutes later while they are waiting for the Doctor and to see Yannie's condition.

"Matthew, please leave. I don't want that Yannie's family will know about you" Sabby said to Matthew.
"What? Why? They should know it" Matthew added.
"Matthew, please. I don't want to fight with you. All I ask is for you to leave. I want to see my girlfriend" Sabby calmly pleased Matthew.
"Then I'll accompany you. I want also to know Yannie's condition" Matthew refused to leave.
"I said leave. Please. Is it that hard to understand?" Sabby still calmly said.
"Okay" Matthew left.
