meeting the triplets

I knew the boys from school. Nick was in my math class, Chris was in my science class, and Matt was in my history. The Sturniolo Triplets were the hottest boys at school. With Matt and Chris on the lacrosse team, they had the popularity and the looks. Nick was hilarious. "I want to be friends with him so bad" I think. Walking to english I see Matt and Chris rough housing by their lockers.
"Hey, y/n! come here real quick!" I hear a voice "Who just said my name?" I whisper under my breath.
It was Nick. I point to myself and give a look around. He knows my name. I walk over slowly.
"Do you want to hang out after school? My brother, Matt can drive us home!"
"Oh. My. God. Nick wants to hang out with me!" I think "Ofc. That would be awesome! Thanks for inviting me!"
"Np y/n. Do you want to walk to English with me? I'm bored and have no one to talk to." Nick looks down disappointed.
"I would love to! Wheres Alahna?" I ask politely.

Nick and Alahna have been besties for so long. Ive never seen them go without each-other.

"Oh." he looks ashamed. "Me and her have been having some trouble recently"

I feel bad. But if I can become Nick's new best friend, I'll be much more popular and hopefully spotted by Matt.

"Im sorry, Nick" I say. I want to give him a hug.

"If we're going to walk together to English we better get going!" he lets out a giggle

(later that day)

Matt looks incredible. His hair is glowing with the lights in the school hallway. His bright blue eyes reflect old memories from the ocean. He's mesmerizing. I stare at him for a while. zoning out on his beauty.

"y/n! y/n! y/n!" Nick snaps his fingers in front of my face, snapping me out of my trance.

"Oh! Im sorry! I didn't hear you! Did you say something?" I asked confused

"Yeah! We have to go! Matts going to leave us behind! The van is as fast as Lightning McQueen!" Nick makes " kachow" sounds as we walk into the school parking lot.

"Hey. Nick! Hurry~" Matt pauses his sentence. "I didn't know we had a guest today, Nick!"

"Matt be nice! Matt this is y/n. y/n this is Matt." Nick replies to Matt giving him a dirty look.

We exchange our "hello's" and Matt starts up the car.

"WHERE IS CHRIS!" Nick blurts as me and Nick hop into the back seats.

We forgot Chris...

"He's probably inside buying a Pepsi from the vending machine. Matt! Go get him!" Nick is super pissed at Matt now.

"I hope you don't mind the yelling" says Nick anxiously.

"Oh. You're all good. I have a little sister at home!" I reply excitedly

Matt and Chris enter the car. Matt starts the car and he begins driving home. The sunset hits his face beautifully.
