July 5th, 2030 - Kivotos State Of Academy
---
One sunny day in Kivotos, Sensei walked around the office building of Schale by himself. His footsteps echoed through the hallways, his sturdy legs moving smoothly as he navigated the corridors to refresh his mind after a long day of work. He occasionally glanced out the window, admiring the clear blue sky dotted with soft clouds.
"The weather seems nice today... I like it," he muttered under his breath, his face showing a neutral expression. However, the emotions behind his eyes betrayed his excitement.
As Sensei wandered, his mind drifted to memories of his students-precious memories he would cherish forever. Then, his thoughts shifted to a particular concern: the missing student he had recently saved from the Ark of Atrahasis, an interdimensional spaceship used by his deceased alternate counterpart to traverse between universes.
He couldn't shake the memory of the missing student from Kivotos. The thought consumed him, a troubling preoccupation for an overthinker like him. Determined to find her, Sensei decided to message his students from various academies, asking each one about her whereabouts.
But none of them knew where she was, not even the students from Millenium Science School. Perhaps he needed to ask those closest to her. He opened MomoTalk again and scrolled through his contacts, his attention caught by a group chat created by his students from Abydos High School.
Sensei sent a message, starting with a simple, "Excuse me, everyone." A peculiar student named Shiroko replied within seconds.
"Yes, Sensei? What is it?" she texted back.
"Oh, Shiroko," he continued. "Where is everyone?"
Shiroko replied, "Most of them are busy."
"Serika might be working, Hoshino is... sleeping," she added.
Another message followed, "Ayane is probably managing the school's remaining debts, and Nonomi might be shopping with Hifumi."
Sensei raised his eyebrows, surprised to see half of the Foreclosure Task Force occupied with their daily activities. He replied, asking if she wanted to help him.
"Shiroko, do you want to help me with something?" he texted.
"What is it, Sensei?" she replied.
"Would you be interested in joining my expedition to find a recently missing student?" he asked, his words filled with a hint of hope.
"Huh? Is this a training expedition?" Shiroko texted back, her curiosity evident.
"No, this is serious. I need to retrieve that missing student, no matter what," he replied.
"Let me get this straight, you want to look for her?" she texted back. What could make him so worried? Isn't she somewhere unreachable?
"Correct, and I need help from you and the rest of your friends. I thought it would be easier to involve the students most associated with her," Sensei replied.
"Alright then, I suppose so..." she responded, followed by another message, "Do you think we will be able to find her, though?"
"Great. If we try, who knows?" Sensei said.
After that, he ended the chat with Shiroko. It was just a matter of time until he could convince the rest of her friends to join the journey.
For now, Sensei could only rest and plan his next move, to find another candidate. Slowly but surely, he believed teamwork would help unravel the truth and bring the missing student back to Kivotos.
