The situation back at the courtroom doesn't seem like it's going to quiet down anytime soon. The Survey Corps managed to convince the minds of the civilians regarding the 'witch' case but the judge was still stubborn as ever. As for our world traveler, she's currently hiding behind the Survey Corps headquarters.

'Are they going to leave anytime soon?'

All she heard was the Survey Corps member who was supposed to be on guard laughing at the jokes they've created while drinking booze 'Are they even allowed to be drunk on duty? Doesn't matter, that's not my concern right now..' (Y/N) took a small peek through the hallway leading to Hange's lab where her bag is located. Unfortunately for her, there are three armed members laughing in the hallway.

They didn't look like someone who she could easily take down, sure she has the seven different elements to use but she knew about her own abilities in combat. At first she planned on using Dendro to create vines to tie them in their place as she takes her bag but there was enough problems today regarding her vision. The traveler already guessed that even if she snatched her bag back, all of the potions and gears the Akademiya gave her wouldn't be there so she knew she needed to search for all her stuff in the lab and that'll take quite the time before the others returned.

But then it clicked, the guards are drunk, surely she could sneak from behind and enter the lab. Taking a deep breath, (Y/N) quickly ran towards the lab from behind and closed the door. With the help of Anemo, she was able to conceal her footsteps and the loud sound of the door shutting. Without wasting anymore time, she quickly snatched her bag and check the contents inside it 'Pyro flower core, Cryo flower core, elemental insulation potions from Akademiya's lab.. Tighnari's Dendro bomb, the titan hair that I sliced yesterday.. What's missing?'

(Y/N) looked around the room and noticed the familiar pyramid shaped mechanism that Faruzan gave. Climbing on top of the comically tall shelf, she managed to take back the mechanism and shoved it into her bag 'The guards are still outside so exiting through the door wont be as easy as earlier..' (Y/N)'s eyes trailed to the window and without a second thought, she floated towards the sunlight but then just as she was about to open it, she stopped herself.

'I never got a proper chance to say thank you to Commander Hange and Armin about the explanation earlier.. Meeting them up personally would just waste and risk my time during my stay here. The Akademiya said that I'll be transported into the next world in an hour..' (Y/N) turned her head towards the pen and paper on Hange's desk and wrote a quick thank you before leaving the building through the window.

'This note is for Armin and Commander Hange. I just want to say thank you for taking the initiative to defend me back at the court this morning. I don't know if you guys hate me or simply don't care about the fact I'm writing this note for you. But leaving this place without thanking you two feels weird for me. I shall now continue my research! Also if you do hate me... too bad! thank you!

(Y/N) managed to find a library within the walls and the librarian in there didn't seem to recognize her, which was a good thing since she could read books in peace there. Within the next 10 minutes she gathered all kind of books about titans and went to sit in a corner as she copies the contents of the it in her Akademiya book.

[54 MINUTES LATER]

(Y/N) now has only 6 minutes left to copy the contents of the book and the progress isn't going well, she also heard that the Survey Corps are still searching for her to have a 'simple talk' but she didn't bother to meet them since this research matters more to her 'Agh..! Why didn't the Akademiya give me a Kamera to take pictures of all of these books!? My hands are dying!' (Y/N) stretched her finger.
