The Hawthorne Family was the AMERICAN dream personified in the heart of Hawkins.. James Hawthorne, a former athlete turned history teacher who works at Hawkins High while His wife Sarah, who works as a dedicated nurse at Hawkins General Hospital, brought compassion and a nurturing spirit to everything she did, from caring for patients. Together, they had two children.
