Tsumiki: H-Hello??...
Makoto: Tsumiki! Hello! It's me you're upperclassmen Makoto Naegi!
Tsumiki: O-oh my! H-hello Mr. Naegi!
She said nervously
Makoto: No need to be so formal Tsumiki, you can just call me Naegi!
He chuckled a bit
Tsumiki: O-oh my god! I-I'm so sorry! That was s-so rude of me! Please f-forgive me!
She cried
Makoto: it's okay tsumiki! Please don't cry...
Tsumiki: i-im sorry! B-but is there something I can help you with N-Naegi?
Makoto: Well... I know you're the ultimate nurse, and I can't really reach out to 911 or any hospitals near by. I'm not entirely sure why. But, earlier today. I went to the outside world with my classmate and he's acting completely different...
Tsumiki: o-oh no! That's not good at all...
Makoto: H-huh? What do you mean?
Tsumiki: W-well, the news announced some what really early in the m-morning... around 6 in the morning t-hat we were o-obviously bombed... but these bombs weren't r-regular bombs.. these bombs were created by a certain organization that they still don't k-know the name to.. these bombs were filled with a certain D-despair disease...
Makoto: D-Despair disease? What's that?...
Tsumiki: T-This despair disease was in the bomb we were attack with. Which is why the government said not the leave your shelter u-until they claim its okay... but unfortunately I-I don't think you saw the news that early...
Makoto: So that explains why he's so different.. but I don't exactly know how this, disease works...
Tsumiki: I-Its quite simple actually hehe... This disease last for quiet awhile since it's airbone... f-fortunately, the government has something in plan to stop this... s-so it should be gone within a month! This disease don't affect certain animals. D-depending on how large the animal is! S-so if you have a dog, it won't likely be i-infected... but if you have anything larger like a dog... i-it will most likely become infected... The person or animal must weigh m-more than 115 pounds so it can take f-full affect... AHHH!! I-IM SO SORRY FOR RANTING!...
She sobbed
Makoto: N-no! It's okay! This was really useful!
Tsumiki: T-thank you naegi! U-um, may I get some information on your friend s-so I can get an idea on what disease he might h-have?...
Makoto: Yeah... well to start off, His usual tone and demeter is rude, self centered and I guess lacking emotion.
Tsumiki: hmm... h-how long was he outside for?...
Makoto: he was only outside for atleast 3 minutes! He told me his gas mask wasn't on properly and that's when we both had to head back inside, and a couple minutes later, his body was freezing but his forehead was burning...
Tsumiki: I-I see... He's most likely has a certain disease that makes him a-act like a kid! B-but he's definitely knows what's going on.. h-his brain is just acting like this due to the disease... he's in a very weaken state! So please make sure t-to take care of him... S-since he was only out for less than an hour.. he should be back to normal i-in a couple of days...
Makoto: A c-couple of days?!?
Tsumiki: Ahh! Y-yes I'm sorry a couple of days!... h-he needs to sleep and eat... he won't really have enough energy to take long showers but if you c-can help, just give him a warm to hot bath! S-so the disease can calm down a bit and hopefully leave! I-I'm estimating atleast T-three days till he's back to normal!
