I woke up to the sound of my alarm beeping over and over. I groaned before slamming my fist down on it to turn it off. I rolled back over and closed my eyes and laid their a moment. Finally after a minute I got up and and walked over to my bathroom. I did my business then got dressed for the day and went and made my bed. I went downstairs to get some breakfast and when I made it down to the end of the stairs I found my Mom, dad, and older sister standing at the end of the stairs with big smiles.

"Happy birthday!" They all cheered but I just stared at them.
"Yeah, not exactly a happy day, I'm finding out what I am and I get to go off to a whole new family." I rolled my eyes and walked passes them. I grabbed my car keys off the counter and headed for the door, "I'm gonna go find out these stupid results." I said before walking out the door leaving my family staring at me in shock.
I drove to the doctor's office. They have the city split, actually more like the aliens have 3 halfs of the city and we have the last quarter. Our cities are completely different from theirs. They changed everything for theres, the building are much, much taller and cars are much larger all to accompany them. They left the last quarter of the city the same just for all of us to live in, and your NOT allowed to leave. If you try and visit the aliens part of city, well, nobodies knows because the people who do don't come back. I pulled up to the hospital and got my ID out before walking in.
"Hi, I'm here for my exam. Maddox Reins." I told the front desk nurse before showing my ID. She clicked around on her computer before scanning my ID.
"Alright, Maddox, follow me and I'll take you to an exam room and while you in there I'm gonna need you to fill out this paper then a doctor will come in and do your exam." The nurse told me handing me a clipboard as I nodded my head and followed her to the exam.
She got to the room and opened it for me to go in, she closed the door behind me before I walking over to the table and sitting down and started filling out the chart. The chart for the most part was like a normal chart that you got to fill out when you go to the doctor except for a couple of the questions like "What do you think you are:Sub or little? Why?" or "Which do you prefer: reading or tv? Why?" I had just finished filling it out when the doctor walked in.
"Hi, Maddox, I'm Doctor Alex, i'm your doctor today for your exam. How you feeling?" Dr. Alex asked as he took the chart from me.
"Uh, good." I nodded my head as Dr. Alex started the exam. He checked my ears, eyes, nose, mouth, heart, relflexes, and blood pressure. At the end Dr. Alex drew my blood, which I did not like I hate needles, and put it into a test tub before walking out of the room. I stayed seated in my spot for about 30 minues before Dr. Alex returned with an envelope and handed it to me.
"Here's your results. You can open this here, in your car, at home with your family. Any where you'd like. Afterwards you'll need to start packing your most important item's. No clothes or anything like that, your new family will have all that stuff. Tomorrow morning at 10 am sharp your family will be at your house to pick you up." Dr. Alext to me and I nodded my head before getting up and walking out.
