He's the type of guy that's overly nice and friendly, though he's like that to gain people's trust most of the time. He knows how much power he holds and loves dominating everyone around him, he doesn't even care if people are using him for money, aslong as they need him and can rule over them. he's very competitive and pridefull of his achievement.
Aside from his huge ego and narcisistic personality, he's suprisingly very chill and loves to help. He'd enjoy hanging out with his friends and closest family member from time to time.

On the other hand, he's also really manipulative, he'd help poor and suffering countries just to tie them up in a rope of debt. he's also a trigger-happy person, and strict with his rules. Just like his nemesis, USA, he's power hungry. He also struggles with trusting people.
