The days in past few weeks were quite packed. I got no time to spare over anything stupid. I was so busy that I didn't even get time to read more than a chapter of my novel. You feel me? Yes you must.
I tell you these days were full of so much happenings and Assignments... Yes. How can I not mention them. Professors these days are so obsessed with students being all stressed throughout the semester that even one of them notices any of us happy they bombard a big ass assignment to us. I mean what's the use Sir... You won't even check them sincerely yet you want us to waste every possible resource available.
Huhhh! Anyway its finally a free weekend. A weekend to relax, and breathe, and ride, and read ,and eat, and sleep. A fun weekend.
After scribbling out her frustrations on a sheet of paper, she finally closes her pen with a tik on her study table. Huff! exhaling a long breath she then picks up the paper. Looking over it for the last time she rips them apart while crushing and crumbing it, she throughs it in the dust bin beside the table.
And her phone chimes on her bed.
"Who would it be?" Slamming down her body on her fluff mattress, Kerena picks up her phone. Slide opening her phone she saw a chat hanging in her notification. Its Ariel.
"Hi Kay!! Just wanted to inform you I won't be there for training tomorrow. --- Ariel."
"Oh I see. Are you perhaps on your periods? ----Kay."
"Yeah!! Fading out of cramps you know. Just rotting in my bed." ---- Ariel."
"No worries swan baby. You got the weekends free. Have rest." ---- Kay."
Typing her a few words Kerena closes the chat glancing over the time. 5:40pm. Hmm! Let's have a fun visit to Calista. She jumps off her bed heading for an instant shower before changing into a casual crop top and a baggy joggers. Picking up her keys she walks off to the garage heading to be accompany her Shooter Beast.
*******
A partially dark room skinned with teal shade followed by feather imprints on the one to the east, decorated with wall hangings and led strips with postcards and quote tags hanging on it.
The silky white curtains cascading down, covering the slightly opened glass window, partially reflecting lights, forming a Tyndall effect in the room at the very whiles of dusk.Ariel stayed there in her bed reposing. Letting her body engulfed under the cloudy soft mattress, wrapped into a quilt resembling a burrito.
Her legs stuck to the bed, her head hanging off the side of her bed, while she stared at the curtains moving and slow dancing by the delicate wind blowing outside.
"Aera ! look who's here for you?" Calista pulls her out of the daydreaming state from the sitting area downstairs.
"Yeah Mom! who's it?" Ariel faintly makes a scream back replying to her mom while she stayed in her comfort position denying to rise up and welcome her visitor. "God knows who?" she muffles.
Before she could make an effort to move herself. The door clinks indicating someone's entry, when it finally slits open a lil bit and her mom peeps in before pushing it wide open.
"What's up kiddo? Are u fine? Is it too bad?" Calista enters inside with worries swamping on her face until she gets a faint response. "Nope just mood swings and regular worse cramps." Ariel says being unbothered who entered her room not making any effort checking if her guest came by her or not.
