Mahtab's pov:

"Do you have phone ?" I asked to which she nodded and passed me her phone.

I was about to call when i heard twisting sound of door nob  saw him coming towards me i immediately returned her phone to her . She got confused but didn't said anything and left the room.

He stopped near bed and passed me a phone . It took me seconds to notice that it was mine . "Your cousin gave it to me ." He said .

Why was he giving me phone i got confused but I immediately took the phone and he went towards a closed door of room maybe it was washroom but i didn't pay much attention i started calling Mahnoor after 2 rings she picked up .

"Assalamualaikum " i heard her voice and sighed in relief.
(Greetings)

"Walikum salam, Mahnoor are you okay ? Why you were not picking up my call ? Do you know how much tensed i was ? Now say something . Mahnoor?"

"Thank god you gave me chance to talk Mah ( Mahtab) ." She said in dramatic tone.

"Mahnoor I'm serious are you okay ?" I asked in worried tone .

" I'm okay girl chill . Why are you worried? Didn't abbu (dad) told you that I'm in Italy?" She said and i got shocked she was in Italy?

"Are you in Italy?"i asked in amusing tone .

" Yeah abbu suddenly gave me surprise in this morning and he told me that he will tell you didn't he told you?" She asked.

"May be he told me i didn't pay attention." I said but i was sure that he didn't tell me.

"I'm sorry last time you called me i was in plane that's why the call got cut and i just landed in Italy". She said and i just hummed.

"Mahtab are you okay?" She asked in worried tone taking me off guard, how she always get to know about me ?

"Yeah I'm" i said . I didn't want her to worry about me even when she is alone in other country.

"You know that Mah (Mahtab) i know in which mood which tone you use . I'm genuinely worried something happened to you ?" She asked in worried tone.

"No nothing happened Mahnoor." I said.

"Now I'm confirmed that something happened, you are calling me Mahnoor instead of Mah that means you are worried." I immediately realized my mistake we both call each other Mah its a nickname we gave  to each other and whenever i get worried i call her by her name instead of her nickname. And she always notice that .

" I have test in college and i didn't learned anything  that's why i am worried nothing else ." I said .

" Ok don't worry I know you'll pass the test ."

I was talking to her when i heard twisting sound of door's nob .

"Mah i will call you later. Take care of yourself self and make sure to have food on time ."

"Ok mumma" she said making me chuckle and i cut the call .

Now i was relieved that she is safe but why i was told that she is not safe . They really blackmailed me but i was relieved atleast she is safe. I was lost in my thoughts when he came towards me .

Before nikkah i didn't even saw him . I first saw him when i regain my consciousness i recognized him by his cologne i still remember worried expression on his face but why was he worried?
