Delhi:
Akshara sat at her desk, her eyes lighting up as she saw the caller ID. She picked up the phone, a warm smile spreading across her face.
"Hello, Maa," she said, her voice filled with affection.
"Akshu, beta, did you have your lunch?" her mother-in-law asked, concern evident in her tone.
"Yes, Maa, I did," Akshara replied, her voice filled with gratitude. Akshara, sometimes she couldn't believe her luck that she had found not only the most loving and caring husband in the world, but also the best in-laws that a girl could ask for.
"What do you want to eat for dinner?" her mother-in-law asked, her tone softening.
"Anything you make for me, I'll love it," Akshara insisted, as she truly loved everything she cooked.
"But I want to know what you're craving," her mother-in-law pressed on.
"Curry chawal... I haven't had that since forever," Akshara admitted, a hint of longing in her voice. She knew that her mother-in-law wouldn't let up until she got the answer she wanted.
"Perfect!" her mother-in-law exclaimed. "Take care, beta, and please don't overwork. I love you."
"I love you too, Maa," Akshara replied, feeling grateful for the loving words.
She hung up the phone and returned to her work, feeling a sense of contentment wash over her.

As Akshara walked into the kitchen, she was greeted by the savory aroma of her mother-in-law's cooking. She was about to sneak up behind her when she heard her own name. "Akshu!" she heard her mother-in-law, and Akshara threw her arms around her and hugged her.
"How do you always know it's me?" she asked, feeling a mix of playfulness and affection.
Her mother-in-law chuckled and replied, "You're my daughter, Akshu. How can I not recognize my child's footsteps?" Akshara squeezed her tightly, unshed tears pricked at the corners of her eyes.
Her mother-in-law's expression turned concerned, and she asked softly, "What's wrong, beta?" But Akshara just shook her head and said, "I love you, Maa."
Her mother-in-law didn't press for an explanation and simply replied, "I love you too." They stood there for a moment, wrapped in each other's arms.
As they pulled back, they heard a voice behind them. "Hey, it looks like someone's busy! You guys didn't even notice me standing here."
Akshu's eyes sparkled with amusement as she gazed at the man, her voice taking on a playful tone. "Mmm, maa...what's that smell," she said, her nose twitching slightly as she sniffed the air.
The lady, sporting a matching mischievous grin, said, "I think something is burning," her eyes sparkling with shared mirth. The guy pouted good-naturedly, and the two of them burst out laughing.
As they calmed down, the guy approached Akshara with a mock-angry expression. She giggled and ran out of the kitchen, him hot on her heels. The rest of the family members who had just entered the house couldn't help but smile at the happy couple.
In their bedroom, as they entered the room, the guy wrapped his arms around her from behind and started tickling her. Akshu squealed with laughter, saying, "Abhi, please stop! I won't tease you!" He stopped immediately and turned her around to face him.
Their lips met in a passionate kiss that left them both breathless. As they broke apart, he whispered in her ear, "I love you, Mrs. Akshara Abhimanyu Birla." Akshara's heart fluttered at the possessive title. She smiled up at him and replied, "I love you too, Mr. Abhimanyu Birla."
