INTRO

Welcome to VOLUME II of the VARSITY 9 series! The story picks up where VOL. I ended, so if you are a new reader, I recommend you to read VOL. I before jumping into VOL. II since I will not be reintroducing the characters as I did for the ONEVERSE COLLECTION.

Since the main characters have now presented and are full xaiyons, I am going to be providing their new appearances below for your reference. However, since Wen and Kean's xaiyon types have not been revealed in the beginning chapters, their depictions will be at the end.

I will also place a warning for spoilers before their descriptions, so if you see the warnings and want to find out what type they presented as through reading the story, feel free to skip on to the first chapter. But, if you like spoilers, feel free to scroll down to see what Wen and Kean's types are.

Also, I want to preface that anytime you see the letters SZA, it means specialized academy. I had used SA as the acronym in the first volume, but I know those letters can be triggering so some, so I am changing it to SZA. Hopefully, this makes sense and does not cause too much confusion. And, the letters PHA mean preparatory high academy.

Here is a refresher on the xaiyon types and their kinds:
Kyro (Fire): Reds, Oranges, Yellows, Pinks, Blues (blues are extremely rare)

Arlex (Air): White, Light Blues, Silver

Dion (Earth): Greens, Browns, Golds

Lyr (Water): Blues, Aqua, Teal, Seafoam

Kainen (Ice): Light Blues, Whites

Raikyn (Electricity): Yellows, Golds, Blues

Callan (Metals): Black, Silver, Greys
