Transformer Corrugated Tank

Based on visual inspection technology, Intelligentlaser has developed a visual seam tracking + parametric programming solution for corrugated tank transformer. The intelligent welding solution for corrugated transformer tank is composed of a laser sensor, a host control unit, a CUTEWELDER software system. After the configuration, the sensor can pre-scan the workpiece and then form a profile of the workpiece feature points. The users can plan the robot path according to the feature point. Therefore, they can realize many welding process such as, the reciprocating welding and intermittent welding to improve the efficient.
