SWANI POV: The message was from Kolkata's very famous YouTuber Kiran Dutta aka "The Bong Guy".

My head was sweating, Nischay noticed.

Nischay- Kya hua Swani?!

Swani- nahi kuch nahi..Ghar chalte hai..Rat ho gayi hai..chal Atharva..

I took Atharva's hand and pulled him,Nischay walked behind us.

I entered the house and ate nothing, closed the door and went inside my room.

I sat on the bed holding my head.

Meanwhile I received two more messages "একটাবার কথা বল না.."(Speak once), "দেখ আমি সবকিছু ঠিক করে নিতে চাই"..(See I want to fix everything please)

Is he watching over me?I don't want any more controversy with him. I don't feel good..

Suddenly someone knocked on my door, I opened the door. It was Nischay.

Nischay- andar aau?

I nodded.

Swani- aaja..

Nischay came in, we both came and stood on the balcony.It was breezy outside.

Nischay- ab sach sach bata kya hua?!..Tera muh dekh ke pata lag raha hai kuch to hua hai..

Swani- Kiran ne msg kia thaa...

Nischay- yaar..tu isliye itni tensed thi?..baat karna unse..

Swani- Nahi..

Nischay- Abe He's trying to salvage his friendship with you...kitna din misunderstanding Paal ke rakhegi?

Swani- agar misunderstanding hi thi to wo samne aake baat kyu Nahi karta?!!

Nischay took a deep breath and looked at me with concern in his eyes.

Nischay - Swani, kuch log face-to-face confrontations se darte hain. Shayad Kiran Da bhi unn mein se ek hai. But if he's reaching out, it means he wants to make amends. Give him a chance.

I turned away, looking out at the city lights, my emotions in turmoil.

Swani - I don't know, Nischay. It’s not that simple...mujhe Nahi pata tha uske against Ek friendly roast bana ne le liye uske fans mujhe itna troll kar denge..Maine gaali tak Nahi do thi..Aur tab I was 20 so Mai bohot dukhi Rehti thi..even they called me a fake friend..And..Kiran said nothing....I know it's a normal thing but trauma haunts everytime..

Nischay gently placed his hand on my shoulder.

Nischay - Main samajh sakta hoon. But sometimes, holding onto grudges hurts us more than the person we’re angry with.

I sighed, feeling the weight of his words. Maybe he was right. Maybe it was time to face my fears and resolve things with Kiran.

Swani - Thik hai. Mai abhi use message karti hu..

As soon as I said that, I replied to Kiran, that we will meet tomorrow and then everything will be discussed..After a while he agreed that he would come.

Nischay smiled, a comforting presence in the chaos of my thoughts.

Nischay - That’s all I ask. Main hamesha tere saath hoon, yaad rakh.

With that, we stood in silence, letting the cool breeze carry away some of the tension, if only for a moment.

Nischay- tune rat ko khana khaya?

Swani - Nahi, kuch bhi khane ka man nahi tha...

Nischay - Toh chalo, kuch kha lete hain. Bhookhe pet yeh sab sochna aur bhi mushkil ho jayega.
