Plushies.

-Y/n's Pov-

I'm having a sleepover with the Harper boys. Dawn is at Mae's house so I'm sleeping in her room. Dicky and Ricky are in the living room playing video games while Nicky and I are in the kitchen deciding what to bake.

Y/n: "What should we make?"

Nicky: "Uh, I don't know."

Y/n: "I have to use the bathroom, I'll be right back."

Nicky: "Okay."

I leave to use the bathroom for a few minutes. When I come back, I see Nicky looking in the cabinets.

Y/n: "Hey, I'm back. What are you looking for?"

I ask Nicky as I walk over to him.

Nicky: "Chocolate chips."

Y/n: "I'm assuming you decided on what to make?"

Nicky: "Yep!"

Nicky grabs a bag of chocolate chips and turns toward me.

Nicky: "Chocolate pie."

Y/n: "Ooh! Good idea."

We get all the ingredients out for the pie.

Y/n: "What's the first step?"

Nicky: "First we need...1 1/2 cups of sugar, 1/4 cup of cornstarch, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt."

Y/n: "Got it."

I pour the sugar, cornstarch, and salt in a medium bowl and mix it.

Y/n: "What's next?"

I ask while rinsing out the measuring tools. Nicky gets milk from the fridge and brings it to the bowl.

Nicky: "3 cups of milk."

I hand him the measuring cup and he pours 3 cups of milk in.

Nicky: "Can you grab the egg yolks from the fridge?"

Y/n: "Mhm!"

I open the fridge and grab the bowl of 4 egg yolks, I hand it to Nicky and he pours it in the bowl. 

Y/n: "What do we need next?"

Nicky starts mixing the milk and eggs into the bowl.

Nicky: "6 1/2 ounces of chocolate chips, 2 teaspoons of vanilla, and 2 tablespoons of butter."

I measure out the ingredients while Nicky mixes.

Nicky: "Done mixing, add in those."

I add the ingredients I got in the bowl while Nicky grabs the pie crust. Once I'm done mixing it together Nicky sets the crust down and I pour the batter in it.

Nicky: "Now we have to put it in the fridge to chill for 4 hours."

Y/n: "Mkay!"

Nicky puts the uncovered pie in the fridge. He goes in the living room with Ricky and Dicky and I go up to Dawn's room to get my phone. When I get upstairs, I notice my plushies aren't there. I grab my phone and go downstairs.

Y/n: "Nicky."

Nicky looks at me.

Nicky: "Yeah?"

Y/n: "Do you happen to know where my plushies are?"

Nicky gets up and walks over to me.

Nicky: "No?"

He looks guilty.

Y/n: "Nicky, don't play dumb with me. I know you took them, where are they?"

Nicky: "Pfft..what? No, no I didn't take them. Why...why would I do that?"

I glare at him and he looks nervous.

Nicky: "Okay, fine! Fine, yes, I took your plushies..."

He turns to the side and crosses his arms. He makes a pouty face and I chuckle.

Y/n: "Where'd you put them?"

Nicky: "Under my pillows..."

Y/n: "Of course you did. Come on, you're reorganizing them."

Nicky playfully groans.

Nicky: "Fineeee."

I smile and we go to his room to get my plushies and reorganize them in Dawn's room. After we finish organizing them, I stand up and look at Nicky.

Y/n: "So...why'd you hide them?"

Nicky: "Just to mess with you."

I chuckle and hug him.

Y/n: "You're such an idiot."

He hugs me back and smiles.

Nicky: "Oh, hush."
