As I slid into the seat, Kelly turned and looked me over. Starting at my feet and working his way up to my face, but he never said a word.
I moved closer to the door seeing that he wasn't friendly at this point.
-30 minutes into the drive-
My head phones were in and I was staring out the window, Kelly didn't talk and neither did I.
The driver looked at me through the rear view mirror and started asking me questions, I took out my headphones and I could hear Kells turn his music down to barely above audible.
"So where did you fly from miss Aurora?"
"New York, and please just call me Aurora or A"
"Ohh that's pretty far and will do A. You having fun so far?"
"Kinda."
He just nodded and I put my headphones back in, half way through one of my favorite songs Kells turned to me but still didn't say a word.
His blue orbs were just burning into the side of my face, but I refused to look at him until he layed a hand on my knee.
It was my turn to stare, but only at his hand. Grabbing it, I placed it back on his own knee and leaned against the door finally meeting his gaze.
His lips parted as if he were about to say something but we reached our destination.
"Come, I'll show you where you'll be staying."
The driver said as I hopped out of the car.
That was intense.
