Summer of 2022
Julia: NO. I WOULD NEVER EVER EVER get close to any guy. I've learned. Those two experiences from middle school is embarrassing enough. It wasn't me at all. Those weren't me. I was twice distracted. I can't have anymore distractions. I have to focus on my studies.
Those were the words that cannot leave Julia's mind during the summer between 8th grade and freshman year.
A month of being a freshman
Julia's thoughts: Wahhh... I've been doing good so far. I haven't really saw anyone that actually looks attractive. Honestly that's great.
Everything was going according to plan but not until one day when she passed a guy that made her look back. She was so found of him that she immediately told her friend about this guy.
During lunch
Julia, her close friend Chrissie and four more of their friends are sitting in one of the benches by the theater room.
Julia: Oh My God, Chrissie. You wouldn't believe it! I finally found someone that genuinely looks okay. Haaahh that was such a hassle.
Chrissie: Really? That's new. Who was it?
Julia: Great question. I have no idea hahaha
As they were talking, Julia heard a familiar voice, she looked to her left and saw him (Ethan).
