Hey, hi I'm back. So if you didn't know I was on vacation (I'm going home now) and my device was lagging the whole time like it wouldn't let me put my password then sometimes it would, so yeah! (someone fill me in on the tea because there's always tea) Oh, and guess what if you didn't know months ago a tree fell on my house and broke my leg and a few days ago I got my cast off just in time for my vacation and then twisted my leg as soon as I got to my vacation home so that's how my week went. Not like most of you care but how’s your week going?

So here’s what you really came here for, so this takes place in the modern AU. This is a one-shot where we get to see Tsuyuzu in action for this one.

Tsuki's POV

"TSUKI, LUNA, GET UP NOW!" my gym teacher and legal guardian, Giyuu, yelled from downstairs. "SHUT UP!" Luna yelled back from her room as I groggily got up. Oh wait, I didn’t introduce myself. Hi, I'm Tsukuyomi Tsuki. I live with my big sister Luna and our legal guardian, Giyuu. Our parents died when I was a kid, and Giyuu, who was 16 at the time and living by himself, took us in. When he was 18, he got custody of us. But enough about me.

I stretched and got up, making my way to my dresser. I pulled out my school uniform: a light green pair of loose shorts, a white button-up dress shirt, and a slightly darker green cardigan. I paired these with white thigh-high socks, each adorned with light green stripes at the top. After getting dressed, I walked to my vanity and clipped back my bangs with a gold angel clip, brushing my hair around it until it looked presentable. I still felt a bit of a mess but at least looked decent. Finally, I put on my brown dress shoes and headed downstairs.

Luna was already at the table, eating the breakfast Giyuu had made. My plate was set next to her. "Damn, look who's finally done," Luna said, side-eyeing me as I sat down.

"Shut up. Unlike you, I care about how I look," I replied, glancing at the time on the stove. It was 6:30; school started at 7:30.

"Can you two not fight for one morning?" Giyuu asked, looking back at us from the kitchen. "It’s not my fault Mrs. Spots over there is so easy to mess with," Luna said, laughing. I hated her calling me spots; it was a cruel reminder of my vitiligo.

I took a deep breath, deciding to ignore her, and walked to the door. Slinging my messenger bag over my shoulder, I called out, "I’m heading to school," and left the house.

Yuzu's POV

I woke up to the shrill ring of my alarm clock. Groaning, I rubbed my eyes and swung my legs out of bed, heading to the bathroom to brush my teeth and tame my hair into something manageable. My school uniform—a modest light green skirt and a white blouse—was already laid out on my chair. I slipped into it quickly, grabbed my bag, and headed downstairs. My grandmother had already left for work, leaving a note and some money for lunch on the counter.

I dashed out of the house and made my way to school, deciding to skip breakfast at home. As I entered the school building, the smell of fresh food from the cafeteria lured me in. I grabbed an apple and quickly ate it on my way to class, trying not to be late.

The halls were bustling with students, and I kept my head down, hoping to avoid bumping into anyone. But just as I rounded a corner, I collided with someone, sending my books tumbling to the floor. Flustered, I looked up to see Tsukuyomi Tsuki standing before me. She was one of the student council members and hard to miss with her vitiligo, but her confidence always made her stand out.

She bent down, picking up my book and handing it to me. "Oh my goodness, I’m so sorry!" she said, her voice warm and apologetic. I felt my face flush as I stammered, "I-I wasn’t looking where I was going."
